Thank you everyone who joined the live-chat during the album live premiere this evening. If interested in audio manipulation and production don't hesitate to ask us anything related to how we recorded and produced the sound-design and synth for the album. And we will try to answer as good as we can. For instance how DOOM, Alien or Dead Space inspired us to create parts of the sonic universe by sound-recording metal scraps getting crushed at a blacksmith. Happy post-apocalyptic listening from Ketil & Rasmus (LLNN, Gravitated Sound Studio)
This is probably the most Lovecraftian music I ever heard. Even more than bands like The Great Old Ones, who deliberately take their inspiration from HPL work. I don't know if that's even something which is part of LLNN's influences, but hell, it could !
I don’t know who mixed this album, especially for the cassette format. But boy oh boy, give that person a medal. Simply one of the best sounding tape I have. Hats off.
I bought the very last Unmaker cassette on their tour this year. That was in Prague. I just had a hunch that it's a great item to buy. Playing it on my old hi-fi tower, it's just as good as it can be.
Yes,I've been making it a point to check out every release from this label last 3 orver 4 year's because 9 out of 10 I really like and are unique never stale soul crushing Cymatics, been patient waiting for this most! Need order when I can!
I love the Grit, Rawness-Vocals, the Space-Width w Soundscapes, Organic feel . Bravo to whoever mixed and mastered this album, congrats guys. Cheers BC
Thank you very much. The album is recorded and mixed by Jacob Bredahl at Dead Rat Studio. Mastered by Brad Boatright at Audiosiege. Sound-design and synth are produced and mixed by Ketil and Rasmus (LLNN) at Gravitated Sound Studio.
Love this.... Kinda machine, dehumanazing vibe here. I know this is very far comparision, but I have same feeling when I listen to Meshuggah and this is my all time favorite band.
Killer album! I admittedly didn’t pay alot of attention to this band, until I heard ‘Obsidian’, when my bass player was jamming it in the rehearsal space one day! I love ‘Unmaker’ from start to finish! This music reminds me so much of early Godflesh, when they were creating their heaviest music! I’m paying attention now.. Absolutely soul crushing music! 👊🏼👊🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼. Looking forward to catching this band live, as soon as humanly possible!!! Fuck yeah!!!!!!🤘🏼🤘🏼
@@DoTheDishesOrElse.. I personally would still say that Nadir was a tad heavier, but I love both albums. In the end the quality of an album is not solely decided by how heavy it is I guess. I´d say the mood of Unmaker is more consistent, but the lyrics of Nadir are just so utterly dark and demoralizing, it takes the point for me c:
sounds like the industrial/noise side of The Amenta and the death/sludge side of Black Tongue had a baby. still deciding if this album is that good, but it does bring something nice to the table!
" Vakkuum " ... a´ight ... this album is full of 90s american G rap/Hip hop influences : musically , the aesthetics, everything in here is pretty Thug Life - ish . If Doctor Dre had gotten into " transcendence into the peripheral " by dISEMBOWELMENT this would be the kind of album he recorded . Bass on " Interloper " is pretty gangster , also great flow of the vocalist in that song . Imagine Doctor Dre getting DXM into Winter´s " Into Darkness " and suggested he would try to recreate that vocal style without compromising his own . Thug Death Doom Life \m/
The production on this album is really strange. The guitars sound like they should be a lot louder in the mix with how in-your-face they are, but they sort of get drowned out because of how detuned they are.
this is some gay ass metalcore. i was just listening to lo-fi warmetal for complete savages with IQ OF 66. And now this. what a turnoff. gtg go back to Beherit and Blasphemy!

2yrs later, i'm still listening this absolute masterpiece almost everyday
Scion.. wow. That track slaps. What a great album. Crushing and textured. Love it.
This was even better than I could have hoped. Every song was soul crushing but unique from the last. Absolutely flawless album guys!

Masterpiece of post metal in the year 2021
Incredible is all can say! One of the heaviest things that I’ve ever heard! Thanks for the premier tonight! 🤯
If the world was going to end then this would be my sound track to listen to in the last few hours I reckon?
This album was a journey. Each listen makes me appreciate it even more than the last
The vocals aren't the lowest, highest, most brutal, etc, but they are very unique, memorable. I love it.
I do feel apocalyptic explosions of gas, melted rocks like watching a planet being born
Absolutely amazing work !
This album is mind blowing. The sounds, the bass, vocal, it's all so rich in microsounds! Amazing. Love LLNN from Latvia!!
This is the best album you guys have ever created. Absolutely love every freaking second of it.
Bro this shit ain't a joke. Best find since Admiral Angry and MICO, for me.
Who are MICO? I ask because I absolutely love this band and Admiral Angry.
@@DrewBrownBLL btw MICO is the name, not an abbreviation

Puuhhhh...I'm sweating! this massive sound drives into your limbs and leaves you breathless...🤘🏿
This sounds massively brutal, 2nd song in and it's relentless

Wow! I checked you guys out thanks to a mention on the Metal Trenches channel, so much smash!
Some great synth work too adding atmosphere.
This album is apocalyptically heavy. It seems as if all the stars collapse on us while listening. ✨🤘✨
I approve of this album title.
We out here. In love with this album and the Mission Control promo video. Yeesh.
Fantastic album!
Simply incredible.
Absolutely aweome, this is powerful, dark, brutal, heavy and atmospheric. Stunning album.
MASSIVE banger! Love it!
Can’t wait.
Holy Shmoly, this thin is a beast. I cant stop listening since weeks!
No words can describe how great this record is.
Looking forward too see you in Oslo

This is amazing, soooooo hard, I absolutely love it, awesome work!!
THIS ALBUM IS MENTAL - 6/5
SO DANG GOOD 🖤🤘🏻
Heaviest album I have heard since Black Tongue´s Nadir. Also carries a similar mood in my opinion
Ayo I'm here from a comment on Nadir, Nadir is still heavier and better imo but that album is still incredibly good
Ok after listening to Imperial, Forger and Tethers many times now, yeah I was wrong, this is way heavier. I still prefer Nadir tho

This has the same vibe as some of Full Of Hells material. The echoy vacuum that annihilates, and in which light exists.
There goes my head. Yesssss.
Epic, love it.
