If I were to knit a traditional Fair Isle design with bands of patterns (and each one different) , would I enter all the rows of the sweater as one continuous pattern or would you enter each band separately? The design I have in mind has a few rows in the background colour between each pattern band which presumably, I using the latter method, I could just knit without using the patterning device. I am thinking it might be easier to enter each 20 row pattern band accurately whereas I am likely to make mistakes over the 300+ rows of the sweater back or front. Any advice, please? Many thanks!
Great video - just wondering if you can also programme these machines for shaping (increasing and decreasing etc) or does that all have to be done manually? Thanks x
Thank you for the video on programming your own pattern. I programmed a few patterns but made some mistakes, so I deleted the patterns. Now My machine doesn’t do anything. I can’t put on the memo button, so I can’t use any of the preprogrammed patterns from the stitch world book. Please help if possible. Janet
A stupid question from a complete newbie to this - are the coloured in squares the ones that would be holes in a punch card? I have a punch card pattern I want to copy to enter into a KH965 and am not sure where to start
Thank you, I had a hard time following the book instructions. Your instructions were we easy and clear to follow.
Thank you Alex. I’m not the brightest button in the box when it comes to the brother manual but you made it so simple.
Thank you so much! you made the video so easy to learn❤️
One day I hope to get one of these machines. Got an LK150 right now.
Aww, I hope you do too. The LK150 is a really nice fun machine though, I love that too. Have one myself. 🙂
Thank you very much Alex!!!
You’re welcome. 🙂
Thank you, thank you! So awesome and easily understood now. 🙂

You have to drag the thing up n down your self or is it automated?

Where did you buy this machine?
Thank you so much
Thank you so much!
Can you do a vid on deleting design please. I followed the instructions but I am doing something wrong because the C button doesn’t erase the design.
Sure I’ll record it later when I am back from work. ❤️
Thanks Alex!!
You’re welcome. ❤️
