What do you guys feel about this focusing on Mindset trend? If you have any questions for me feel free to drop them below for future #CoffeeRun's! Thanks guys!
I do meditate, or at least, I try to sit still doing nothing for 10 minutes a day. I wouldn't say it helps me everyday, but it has given me the tools to manage chronic migraines in a better way (I mean, there's still a dark room involved, so...)
@@caseygauss yes! Headspace was really useful in setting up the habit at first, but then it started to irritate the nonsense out of me. Every time I would slip into calmness the host would speak, and my thoughts would go everywhere xD They do have special, much less talking meditations... But then why pay for a timer? I used insight timer for a while, and now I just use either a timer (e.g. on phone) or Forest (which is an app that kinda locks your phone). Good luck developing this new habit!
I started mediating again daily, a couple days ago, because Ryan Moran said that it helps depression. You and I both don't look forward to winter...... Maybe you and the whole team can mediate together 10 mins in the morning, so that you have a reason to do it :)

Dang. Sorry to hear about the migraines! Have you ever tried a guided meditation app like Headspace or Omvana?
