So I have samples of Burlington 1819, Oceania, Elixir, Elysium, and Apex. So far on my arm none of them really sticks out I have to try and wear them for a day to see how it really is.
Besides Elixir, I enjoy all of the ones listed. What do you mean by stick out? Performance or scent wise? In general Elysium is very well liked. 1819 has a interesting cumin note and Apex is a throwback to the 80's.
@@dariusellis6827have to wear that one in the heat. I try to wear and test it in cold weather. Didn’t work for me. I run hot in my skin temp. Don’t start picking out the citrus much in the fragrance until the weather got hotter out
Hi Shereen, to my nose its more flowery than powdery. The powder is in the back more to "pump up" the flowers if you know what i mean. To me it's more of a makeup powder mixed with lipstick type of sensation. But very dominant flowers in top and mid, that are then calmed down a bit by the cocoa from the base. Thank you for commenting! Do you have Britannia?
Nope but i was thinking about getting a bottle and because it’s discontinued, i can’t find it anywhere to test it that’s why I was asking because am very picky about the powdery fragrances but the way you describe it, I absolutely love it!
@@shereensherif-arabicchannel I'd be careful getting a full bottle without trying it. Would be an expensive mistake! I just tried it next to NuWa and its way more lighter than NuWa. I'd say if you have NuWa and you like it and if you tried and like the opening of Chypre Extraordinnaire you might like it. It's a very unique scent but I found(even for my picky nose) very likable and wearable. I'm curious if you end up getting it! Let me know!
I have Nüwa and I love it but haven’t tried chypre extraordinaire but normally i do love chypre fragrances. I’d try to get a sample somewhere! I find the cacao note in Britannia so intriguing 😅😍 but is it lighter than Nüwa? I feel that Nüwa is already light and airy, to me at least so didn’t expect Britannia to be even lighter 😅
Hope you enjoy this one! I forgot to mention, but this is a Spring scent for me! Also the Cocoa is similar to the one used in Amber Extrait. 🤩
One of my top 3 fragrances EVER! I love the powdery orris and what sets it apart gets me is the powdery cocoa note.
Appreciate the input!
I ordered a 5ml decant to sample.
Floral notes on men is absolutely divine
I absolutely adore Britannia, im so glad i got a first Batch in my collection 😍
Lucky guy! Enjoy it

So I have to update you, I wore Burlington 1819 for a full day and it's pretty amazing. I thinking fully wearing it is an experience then testing it.

Great review!
Isn’t it overly powdery? And what kind of powder does it have? Like more of makeup powder? Or baby powder?

@@shereensherif-arabicchannel Also, on women it might develop more flowery, on my it goes sweater and darker, and the cocoa is more pronounced.

This juice looks more like Amber Aoud. Is it just the lighting? Mine looks more like PDLN3
Depends on the batch, but good eye, my Amber Aoud is the same blood color
