Joe, you have always been a soaker for me. Just all the wonderful things you share bring tears of joy and happiness to my eyes. Thanks. May the Lord keep blessing you and yours.
Yes, we would have loved to get this video out before we all planted our garlic but I came across this tip a bit late for this season. Hopefully this will be something you will refer back to or put into practice next time. I sure will agai!
Joe I gotta say I have tried this a few years ago....from the recommendation of Keene Garlic. And it has worked really well. I however didn't do it subsequent years....But it helps if you are trying to create a nice and strong stock of seed garlic. Thanks for the demonstration.
Good point about the seed garlic! I'd love to have some nice big bulbs that I can use from harvested garlic. I can easily see how the soaking could help with that!
Excellent content as always. Pace, info and production values spot on sir! I gleaned Transylvania and Chesnok Red from the video, can you enlighten us as to the other varieties of garlic you planted in zone 8a?
Awesome, thank you! Two of the others were Music, and Spanish Roja. The fifth one is escaping my memory at the moment. I will post about this harvest and all the varieties at harvest in July.
It's a year old but you should have seen it last spring. Not a single place left to put even one more plant. It will be that way again soon. Gearing up now for another big year!
Go Keene.. I buy mine there also. Wonderful!! Kudos!

How nice of you, Craig! Thanks very much for these kind words!
I already planted my garlic last month but I definitely will follow your tips next time. Thanks Joe!

This is the first year I’ve heard this, but the second time in a week. 👍
Same here. it's sound information and glad it's getting out.
