One of the most beautiful 4-8-4 “Northerns” ever! Heard that the 700’s restoration might be completed by 2022, can’t wait for her to run on the rails again!
The SP&S 700 is a handsome 4-8-4 type, i am eager to see this locomotive return operation hopefully very soon since the 700 has been out of service since 2015. Hopefully the locomotive's rebuilding process is approaching the final stages of the labor project.

The trip ran from Portland to Salem, Oregon and return on May 14th, 2005.
