Bridging is using none of your own money. Like a 'quick mortgage loan', not designed for long term but helps you act like a cash buyer. The bridging company are not concerned with your affordability but with the GDV. High interest but high profit. Property millionaire is in liability, which will eventually become an asset, once rented etc, so the houses she 'owns' are worth over £1 million. Get on the course! It's a £1. You will get it 💓
Why use your own money when you can use someone else's? Jael is an investor and uses her own money to invest in other properties in other areas and is passively making money from other people's work. That's where her money goes.
