Every person who looked at her interrogation and assumed guilt because she was calm and sure of her answers needs to apologize foreal.. this lady went through a lot and lost a stepchild that she loved. She wasn't given a fair chance at first im so happy her story got out and she was set free

Ms. Bunns.. to be fair though.. I think most people had already absorbed a fatal amount of misinformation before they even watched the interrogation videos.

@@zioebog I absolutely agree with you!! But this is exactly why we all need to stop just jumping to conclusion... can you imagine being on the other side?? I have always been considered too nice or too understanding this could've very easily been me and that ability to relate is what makes me sit down and really pay attention to the information within cases.. we all have to do better there are real criminals avoiding jail time because of lack of real investigation

The reason she was found NOT GUILTY is bc the medical examiner stated the baby’s head trauma was in stages of HEALING and could’ve happened up to 8 days prior!! She only had the baby a few hours and the ME stated their was NO TRAUMA TO THE CHILD FROM THAT NIGHT! I’ve been following this case! Justice has been served now they need to go get the real killers!

thing is.. there was almost a campaign of misinformation floated as "Facts" in that tiny 1500 person town. The fact that they DA didnt ask the Medical Examiner who did the Autopsy any questions during the trial, is all you need to know.

Ms. Jones... Death Penalty/Life sentences should not be handed out based on what someone "could have" done. If there is evidence to support the charges, yes.. if there is not evidence to support the charges, no. Period. Recognize that everything you said Tkia "could have" done, could also be said of various other people who took care of the child. That is not how you prove Capital Murder. Ask yourself, *why did the DA separate Morris and Tkia? When you see other Parents being tried for the death of a child, they are usually convicted together.* They were both indicted.. they were both charged.. *why do you think the DA decided to separate the cases?* Do you know that because the cases were separated, Tkia's defense team could not mention the fact that Morris performed CPR.. which is why she was on her back when Dedreuna arrived at the house.. and that they called 911... but because the cases were separated, the DA and Officer Jefferson told the Monroe Jury that "No life saving measures were taken and 911 was not called".. Now.. *why would they do that? Why would they lie?* There are so many examples of manipulation.. interference and outright lies perpetrated by the DA and seemingly with the assistance of the Judge.. the Jury in Claiborne was intimidated.. think about it.. if the DA could put a bogus case on Tkia, she could put bogus case on anybody. And that's also why nobody else was willing to come forward. Her brother got a case right now for promoting his sister's story in monroe.. while WLBT is running news stories in Monroe.. and the Newspapers are running the story. The Charge her brother is facing looks to me like retaliation. The change of venue that Mr. Routh.. from the first trial.. requested should have been granted.. there was no way to get a fair trial in that tiny county of 9000 people. Did you read the last trial transcript? Did you watch the first couple days of this trial?.. did you watch the pretrial hearings? this is way too long.. lol.. I need to make this a video.. peace.

    • @zioebog

If she was locked-away... and there was significant evidence of lying and corruption on the part of the people that locked her away.. and she sat there in prison for life with no parole.. at times.. literally in chains.. in bondage.. her entire family.. her entire church.. and strangers.. praying for her deliverance.. and there she sits for 8 months in a seemingly hopeless situation where many "religious" people would have abandoned the entire notion of God.. (I won''t even mention the story of Job).. but she didnt.. and then.. out of nowhere another chance at Freedom appears.. and the result is.. not.. a hung jury.. not.. a mistrial.. but 12 jurors find her completely.. and utterly.. innocent.. "not guilty".. the verdict came back in flash.. and in that moment.. the liars who lied to lock her up.. to obfuscate the truth.. to exclude crucial evidence.. to persecute her.. were vanquished.. and their malice was completely revealed and recorded on public record.. meaning.. it can never be denied or escaped.. Now.. if we're going to go biblical.. that sounds to me.. like the story of "repayment".. that you spoke of.
And we can run this story through any lense you want.. we can look through a Dramatic lense... or a Legal Lense.. we can do it anyway you like.. and what you will find again and again.. at least.. what I found.. is the good guys won sweetie.. If I lined all these people up and asked stranges to pick out the Villains and the Good Guys.. you know good and well that Daniella Shorter and James Jefferson and Tomika Irving in her black robe.. with her hand on her face... are the bad guys! Look me in my eye and tell me they aint the bad guys!.. all that double talking.. and objecting to the truth.. lying and twisting.. Come on now.. you aint gotta do it publicly.. but be all the way real. I came into this knowing nothing.. with no dog in this fight.. but it became very clear as I dug through the evidence that Tkia was being railroaded.. there were too many lies.. to many attempts to hide the truth. After they decide what to do with Morris, I will release content on this channel illustrating what I saw.. I wont do it now because they are filing motions based on what they see on social media.. but just wait.. it will all be laid out clearly.. and you'll see what I'm talking about! Peace!
