sir if a company is a pvt Ltd and satisfyies all conditions for small company but borrowing exceeds 1cr from bank at any point of time during FY will CARO be applicable?

Sir I think this revision ain't applicable for Inter students.
Is it so?
Because at places audit procedure for the clauses have been covered which does not form part of intermediate syllabus.
Please clarify.
