Don't hate the dude, hate the rules, ofcourse he's gonna use the rules to win
710 kg and he didnt even bench!! Respect
Am I wrong or did he just lift 1500 pounds?
@@angelojuvera5885yes
Respect to these lads for being so strong but the bench is the lamest thing, that aspect of the sport is ruined imo.
Eddie said he's moving up to the 74 kilogram class now after his victory.
why tho, hell just get curbstompted by atwood
@@TheBelegstrongbow He'll be doing bench only competitions plus you never know what could happen. Taylor could bomb out or he moves up to 83 kg class. Taylor's rivalry with Russel would be nice to see.
@@TheBelegstrongbow He's been at 66 kg for a long time, despite being so young, it's getting harder to cut the weight and he has also done everything that's possible to do in 66.
From first place to last place next year with 50kg bench différence 😁
He could outbench the entire field with his feet up, close grip bench.
195kgs in 2023
No answer?
Its unfair to compare Charles Okpoko Bench with this "thing" I dont understand how an STRENGTH athlete can feel good about his own work doing this circus techniques. Big respect for him for his SQ and DL.
It’s because you don’t understand sports
@@Jeneric81 New rules should make this record invalid
@@Jamie.0187 It’s no longer the world record, Kasemsand Senumong beat it by 0.5 kg.
That arch and grip width on the bench.
Dude is like 5'2" with short arms for his height and grabs wider than the average NBL pro.
God seeing that bench makes my back hurt
That arch is impressive
last time you will see it. new rules have changed the bench press.b
I dont know what to say. Legend
Despite benchpress, his squat and deadlift were perfect! Deadlift was WITH LOCKOUT, that is rare today, most of athletes move the bar from the floor and smile like they finished it, totally forget to lockout in upper phase.
I am looking forward to seeing this boy bench under the new rules this year. seeing how the lifters adabt to a rule change this this is interesting to me
@@JohnmillerPowerlifting Something tells me that we won't see him again in IPF😁
Man they need to hurry up and enforce/include the new benching rule to have elbows below shoulder joints.
Yo Yo Mere Jigar Ke Chalo
Bench 👎
First like by Gaurav namdev
I don’t blame him, he’s just using the rules to his advantage.
The rules for bench are a true joke how can that even count
you will be glad to know that after years of trying they finally got a rule change done. 2023 will be the year of the bench press for the IPF. no more massive arches.
@@JohnmillerPowerlifting 👍it will be a good day for all powerlifters
Baby reps in bench press. Ridiculous.
1:12 "Benchpress" with 5cm ROM haha
That’s about 15-16cm. You suck.
Try again with new rules
His bench is legal within the new ruleset or would at best require minimum adjustments.
He just did. Lifted 195
What an embarrassment
