    There is a 3 letter word that summerizes " Clash of Authority " =. EGO.
    I believe the most important training for police is EGO DE-ESCALATION.

    After 34 years in the job, Jubelin quit the police force last year, tendering his resignation before he was charged with illegally recording four conversations with Savage during the Tyrrell investigation. And we still don't know were little William Tyrrell is or who took him. I don't blame him for trying everything to find that little boy and catch his killer.

      There was more to it. I know some of the other detectives on this case. The ones who have a different story to tell about Gary Jubelin - but they won’t make it all public because it helps no one. Gary is the hero done wrong - yeah OK. But there is more to it.

  • @MaskMasterEsquire
    @MaskMasterEsquire 11 місяців тому +36

    No clash of authorities were in play there as Ant didn't have any authority in the situation. He was mouthing off to the cop about why the other group was still there. The question was, why was he and his mates still there? Ant deserved everything and more than he got and the incident shed light on the many claims that are around that suggest he has an issue with his ego.

    A clash of authority indicates you think you had some type of authority in that situation,thats where you went wrong....BECAUSE YOU DIDN'T!! • @markburton8303
      @markburton8303 11 місяців тому

      He's saying he's used to having authority not that he had authority in this situation. He recognises he was wrong and said it's difficult to turn the switch off, which I expect it is. I've got a few friends in the forces and they all struggle in normal life to a point.

    • @londongunner1

      @@markburton8303 thats not what he said,that's your words. "His" words were it was a clash of authority,referring to that particular situation,but in that situation he had zero authority. I might have previously been a chef,but if I walk into another chefs kitchen,I can't try and take control of the kitchen,but if I did it wouldn't be a clash of chef's, it would be an ex chef not knowing his place in an actual chef's kitchen.

      @markburton8303 11 місяців тому

      @@londongunner1 obviously you cant take control. I've just listened to it and that's what they said - it's hard to let go of authority. Ant has had authority, and its hard to let go (especially considering what he has done in the past) and obviously led to the situation here as he has no authority in civvy street, as you point out. It's pretty easy to understand imo

    • @londongunner1
      @londongunner1 11 місяців тому +1

      @@markburton8303 its not an understanding problem,its a misuse of words. The word authority means....... the power or right to give orders, make decisions, and enforce obedience. If I usually have some sort of power over people weather that be inside my house within my family circle,or within my workplace where I am the manager;they are the places where I have authority. If I then come into contact with the police,at that point I have ZERO authority over them,therefore no clash of authority can occur other than in my own head. His choice of words should were incorrect,plain and simple. But im sure he'll be happy that someone he doesn't know is debating on his behalf.
