0:15 - the car CU15 was not in the correct lane for turning off the second RAB and was not indicating so the 4x4 was correct to come out if tuning off at their 1st exit. Lane discipline fault and no indication on the part of the complainant.
There was only a single lane. The only thing you're correct about was indicating. And traffic from the right has priority. So the rangrover was incorrect.
I have viewed this video again and while there is only one lane feeding the 2nd RAB, the lane splits into right and left exits. At the point where the Range Rover pulls out, the car CU15 is still in the inside lane. The RR stops for the car to proceed but I suspect he car driver gave way for them to proceed. It is a difficult set of RABs I admit. The correct approach when turning left on the 2nd RAB is to switch to the LHT lane as soon as you enter it and signal early. Even then it is no guarantee this will not happen.
