To be honest I really don’t care about getting a bag if people don’t want to sell me their bags,there are so many other brands that you can walk it and walkout with bags.

Wow. I can't believe that in this day and age Hermes expects you to beg a store clerk to offer you their bags instead of promoting the purchase of these bags by hardworking, capable . competent consumers.
I'd rather buy second-hand birkin or kelly, but it's only my opinion.

Thank you for your video to be honest I thinking about giving up on Hermes. I went there 4 times and of course I buy stuff every time I'm there but every time I have different SA till last time One SA give me her business cards and then I sent her email two times that I want to buy a watch but she never reply me email. I not understand what I do wrong.... I not even ask her for a bag I already spent over 4,000€
So should I go back again and try again with a new SA or just give up? I love Hermes bags so much... but Because this brand make me feel so small I not like to see myself this way....
Hey Dawn! I think you should do whatever feels right for you! If the SA gave you her card, I think you should return back to the store and ask for her every time you go. It’s normal she didn’t answer her email, they don’t usually do.
