In the beginning I was confident casually talking to people going to places but when she put these restrictions on me it dropped my confidence till this day so badly I can’t even walk past a group of people without feeling nervous anxious or angry. This led to me being depressed during the last 2 years of high school and now a little bit that I graduated high school. I’m very overweight currently I am 225 lbs and I’m planning my weight loss goal 180 to start in about 2-3 weeks. I’m doing this not only to expend some energy I have through the day but to also be healthy as I can and gain some confidence. Hope anyone reading this that has a similar situation can get through what they’re going through and just remember there’s many people with the same problem as you don’t feel like you’re the only one. I've always been athletic so I just relied on that when playing sports all my life but once I started working out I immediately got addicted and once I started seeing the changes and getting those compliments my already OKAYish confidence shot through the roof. Let me just say, stick.. to... it... Once you first start it takes time to develop that muscle but once your strength starts gaining and you start to SEE the changes you'll feel like a new person. Nothing in the world is better for confidence than knowing you look good. KEEP, THAT, MOTIVATION! Report back to me from time to time friend. Would love to keep up with your progress. Take care.

I wish I had Ross’s humor or at least the sense of humor of his friends. My mom fucked my life up through middle school and high school. Never let me have friends she said they probably smoked in their house and they were bad influences. Keep in mind she applied this to also girls if i was going to be their friends. In the beginning I was confident casually talking to people going to places but when she put these restrictions on me it dropped my confidence till this day so badly I can’t even walk past a group of people without feeling nervous anxious or angry. This led to me being depressed during the last 2 years of high school and now a little bit that I graduated high school. I’m very overweight currently I am 225 lbs and I’m planning my weight loss goal 180 to start in about 2-3 weeks. I’m doing this not only to expend some energy I have through the day but to also be healthy as I can and gain some confidence. Hope anyone reading this that has a similar situation can get through what they’re going through and just remember there’s many people with the same problem as you don’t feel like you’re the only one. @@Starset1881 let me tell you, I didn't work out a day in my life up until I was 19. I've always been athletic so I just relied on that when playing sports all my life but once I started working out I immediately got addicted and once I started seeing the changes and getting those compliments my already OKAYish confidence shot through the roof. Let me just say, stick.. to... it... Once you first start it takes time to develop that muscle but once your strength starts gaining and you start to SEE the changes you'll feel like a new person. Nothing in the world is better for confidence than knowing you look good. KEEP, THAT, MOTIVATION! Report back to me from time to time friend. Would love to keep up with your progress. Take care.
