Dancer should be training for years to do this moving, but there's a couple simplest, that children who learn to dance can do after several months. But, unfortunately, there were the elements, nobody can do now, despite of the fact, we have some very old footage of it. And they had their own "moves" - these moves were added as the basis of Hopak - that's why they look so hard to perform - those are basically not dance moves, but battle moves. Initially, during festives, Cossaks just performed what they could with music - that's how Hopak was born. The story of this Hopak is simple - imagine its a town fair and local youths are dancing, guys trying to perform their best moves to the girls😂
It's cute how you tried to jump, but actually this is the most dificult move (aside from the four guys earlier). You have to do a spagate in a jump and stretch you arms to your feets. That's extremely dificult
