2015...23 odd years...I have listened to this song so many times...I listen to it again, on a cold Sunday morning, streaming HD on UA-cam. The frequencies are more distinct...the depth and softness of Venuettan's baritone slowly unfolding its hue of colours before me, like a rainbow of sounds, filling my every sense.....And the feeling is the same....the very same feel that i had when I listened to the song for the first time, years ago....the magical voice, the magnificent singer....who makes you feel delighted every time you listen to his songs, the same way you felt listening to it the first time....the magic of Venuettan....
I listen to a range of music from Mehdi Hassan to Guns n Roses and they are all good. There is that magic that your voice creates around me that others don't. And I sometimes don't know what to call your music. Is it the blues, jazz, country of Malayalam? If Talat Mahmood is a genre of music, that's perhaps where you belong most! The feel of some songs get killed when something like this is done to the song. Just could not listen for more than a minute. I switched to listen to the original track. Shareth sir's amazing orchestration, venu chettan and radhika chechi's blissful voice. But venu chettan's voice is the only plus for this version
