I have been watching quite a few of your vids and have learned a lot because of how easy you explain things and how easy you make it to expand on things. That E note on the B is one of my fave notes as Muddy used it alone a lot. love that note sound. Thanks a lot.

Your channel is now my favorite one wow. I love these wee riffs you are bringing to the table and they are so simple. Ive had a bit of a riff i learned from a mate for a couple of years now and could never work out what would go with it to keep it going longer and more interesting but this whole thing slots straight in with it haha. Thank you from new zealand. ❤❤

Thank you, Tony. You don't know how hard it was for to count from 1 to 4 while playing my guitar. You showed me the way and it works. You really made my guitar player life a little bit easier. I lost years by practicing wrongly. But since I watch your clips on UA-cam I made good progress in improving. ❤

Is that your funky hut where you do your filming? Mind and do the dishes, no arguments 🥰 Best regards.

Finaaaally this is the one ive been looking for for yeeears, heard it soo many times here and there😂 ill nail it easily on a technical level but i should really try to figure these things by ear at this point

    • @GuitarME

I really like this and your teaching style...BUT, it's sooo frustrating when a teacher teaches in segments and never plays it ALL together at the end to allows students to play along - not only to make sure they have it straight but also to work on rhythm, timing, strumming, ect.

I taught college for many years and I have found that the puzzle is easier to solve when you get a peek at the picture on the front of the box.
I would suggest that the instructor play the complete riff/verse/song first so that the following segments have context. YMMV.

I’m normally play it at the end? Sorry if I didn’t in this one. I try to build it out as a story mostly because of UA-cam retention. It only sends videos out to folk that if they keep watching so I had to come up with that strategy being completely honest. I’m working on it though :)

Tony, I think your way is better. Especially for beginners, who might be intimidated by the result before seeing the process. Keep it up bro, I’ve been playing for 8 years and found this very useful. Much love.

When I wanted to learn the blues I noticed that most players are using OM. I mostly played a dreadnought. So I gotta OM. It's my favorite now and I think the OM and GA are louder more seems to come out of the OM and GA especially if it's all solid helps to know how to play it too
    Thank you

Sorry Tony. I just discovered i was watching an advert when i clicked your vid and the guitarist on the ad said most you tube tutors get it wrong and this is how you should do it and i didnt like that statement, but it was just an ad attached to your vid which i have follwed now and it was great.
