@@sarastojakovic1484 A typical serb comment, you guys don't fail to miss to mention Turks right?! (That wasn't a question!)
As if let's say Croats culture is not heavily influenced my Hungarians or Slovenes by Austrians etc.

This is called KOLO it comes from ancient Bosnian folklore and mythology and has been practiced for many thousands of years.According to our mythology there used to be 3 suns in the sky until a giant black serpent (Zmaj/Garonja/Dragon/Snake)came from the abyss (blackness of space)and started attacking the suns.He swallowed 2 suns and turned his sights to the last remaining sun to eat it and usher in eternal darkness and end all life on earth. He then started going towards the sun but the Bosnian people called upon god Tur (the bull god) to help stop him and god Tur attacked the dragon chasing him away from the sun and brought back the light. The serpent was furious and sent giant fireballs down towards the people as he ran away into the darkness. These fireballs or rocks of fire slammed into the ground and sea and caused the complete destruction of the old world.Massive flood came and wiped everything away, massive fires burned entire forests and jungles and the surviving people were left with nothing but to start from scratch.
This is Bosnian mythology from which KOLO comes from.Bosnian people trough out history during an eclipse were actually believing that the serpent finally returned to eat the last sun and panic would spread trough out the country. They would look up at the sky and see "something eating the sun"and would light these big fire pits, people would be dressed in old Bosnian clothing, would have red necklaces, cloth, veils, they would hold hands and dance the "sun dance" (circle dance or Kolo),there would be many drums, and would sing calling on Tur to help them once again which he always would (eclipse passing). You see this symbolism all over Bosnian culture, ancient artifacts, stecci,in our clothing, customs, and so on.
For example you will see in Bosnia even before the arrival of Islam during the ottoman conquests moon and star symbols everywhere. Its from here actually that Sultans took the symbols that later became the flag of Turkey.
RED color is sacred in Bosnian culture and is color that has been used for many centuries and believed to be a shield that protects you from evil spirts, dark magic,Urok the demon god and much more. All Bosnian flags up unit recent years have been red.The Crescent moon represented the Horns of Tur (bull god that protects Earth) and in between them you have a 8 pointed star or the Sun in symbolism portraying this story i just wrote up there.

Pokušajte čitati StasiWiki. Spy Wiki, Sleeper Agent Wiki i Honey Trap Wiki će vam dati dobru ideju o tome kako špijun funkcionira.
čak i porodica.

Also there are many types of kolo not just one. You Serbs should just stop being so fas%istic towards your neighbors. Not to mention that dances from eastern Serbia have much more to do with turkish dances than the Bosnian ones.
