This was perfect! I love people like you who get straight to the point and genuinely want to help people by teaching them how to use free plugins. Fantastic!
Paul, this is honestly the best tutorial I have seen of yours. Of course, I am still working through your huge library, but so far this my #1 pick. Structured, easy to follow and well presented. I will put it to use on a current project.
Hi Paul! Thank you so much for this! Really appreciate it! I love your approach, straight to the point, clear, concise and effective! Keep up the good work!
Hello, really nice tutorial. I have just one question. Now you can see names of different sections just after the mouse hover over it, but can they be there permanently? Thank you for your answer! Greetings from Czech. :)
@WPTuts amazing tutorial, exactly what I was looking for. Two questions though - 1) Since you created 4 pages, is this all under one page/URL. I want to create scrolling sections, but on one page. 2) Is it possible to have the theme's regular navigation menu remain at the top?
Hi, I guess you are a very busy guy this day, but I've got a question to vertical scroll to build entrance page. I have followed your tutorial, but finally, I have some issues. 1) I see dots on Safar when I start scrolling, is it possible to set them visible all the time? 2) Chrome can't see the dots and do not scroll the full section (is checked on) 3) the same as in 2 is on iPhone and iPad - do you have some suggestions - appreciate any help.
Hi Paul, thanks for another very useful tutorial. I tryed to achieve this by the dinamic content but I couldan't. Can you give me some guidances? Thnak you again

Hi Paul, you always give great informative and easily explained videos, just wondering if you know how i I can also use this same technique to create horizontal navigation and scroll and verticle nav and scroll together? any tutorials please or any links you could provide....thanks paul
Mobile design should work fine. I've not fully tested it on a live server, but can't see any reason for there to be any major issues with it. The plugin has been out a while, so any issues should be ironed out. 👍
WPTuts there are issues with the navigation and I can’t seem to find a work around since there are no controls for navigation for mobile like a hamburger menu. Maybe you can look into it
Again, I learned something new. Specifically, the Minimum Height feature and using the 100% VH @ the 2:50 time. I really like the animated image at the very end "Why Not Add Your Feedback In The Comments". How did you create that? It's very eye-catching. Thanks!
Good to hear John. 😀 The lower third is from a pack on Envato Elements I believe. Pretty cool pack and part of the new styling on the upcoming videos 😀
Totally.. Its not dependent on Pro but Pro also opens up a ton of great dynamic features on the plugin too. Take a, look at my other video about Premium Addons for Elementor for a, heads up on some of them. 😁
Is it possible to only have one link for a menu item? I have several pages, but I only need a Contact menu/link at the top--don't want any other's to show. Thanks for the great video!
Thank you for the tutorial but I have a question, how about if I don't want the dot but change the dot to a text. When the screen scrolls down, the different text will be highlighted based on which page we are. It's like a side navigation bar. How to make it?
Hi Paul, any way to have the menu item where a person is currently looking highlighted? i.e. i see that the dots in your example do this and wondering if the nav menu can do the same. Thx.
Hi, Great tutorial, I am using vertical navigation on a new intranet page in my company, using both dots Tooltips and the navigation menu, but as I have a main menu as well, I would like to hide navigation menu on tablet and phone, is this possible? I am struggling to find the way to do so.
@@WPTuts actually i was looking for this scrolling feature for my first elementor project, but couldn't find a suitable one from the default widgets. the site is live now :( will look forward to implement on any upcoming projects. I have one Question, When I use templates to create the Vertical Scroll Navigation... The URL has a random section id... how do you change or modify to show eg. domain name/#about us etc
Hey, I had the same problem, I had a look at it. I don't think it's possible to modify the section ID, but it *is* possible to hide it. Go to 'Edit Premium Vertical Scroll' (the little pencil icon on blue square in Elementor), then 'Content', then 'Scroll Settings' and disable 'Save to Browser History'. Maybe hiding it will also be a good solution in your case. Hope it helps.
This is awesome, BUT....I have a sticky header and would like to use this functionality with a menu that has drop downs. So far when I click on my top dot it goes below the top template area. Its working, yet but because I have a sticky menu, that menu is covering the top of the template! My other menu items/dots show their areas correctly. Now, as far as using this with a regular existing menu with drop downs, I'm lost. I don't want to have my existing menu and then another menu from this Vertical Navigation. any ideas how to make this work? I've tried anchors, but for the life of me, I can't get them to work from another page and hit their linked section correctly as it's always off. So, how do I make this work with a sticky header that already has a menu with drop downs?
I created my site per this video. So as I understand it basically I am not using a "theme" because we created our own template. But I can't get the site to point to the page I created. It just shows the blank theme. I am sure this is due to my inexperience--I am barely just getting my feet wet here. Can anyone help?
I have a Page made with elementor and Working with wordpress default menu, in the default menu, the menu URL link, points to #contact , #about and etc. i whant to add a new "#label" i add the widget but the menu isn't pointing to the name i give to the widget, how can i name the elementor widget to somethin like #emailus for example so can i use in the wordpress default point to URL menu
After loading the plugin, and a new page, and edit with Elementor, it just loads a new blank page NOT the page with the heading on left "Edit Premium Vertical Scroll. What am I doing wrong?
