@@hannasas5938well, it doesn’t actually show the extraction cutscene in the video so he might’ve just used the drop pod as a landing pad and deposited the gold/revived the teammate a couple of seconds later.

There is a more convenient way to do it, that achieves the same result. 1. Throw the object directly above you. Not a full throw charge. About 40% with no strong arm. 2. Walk a few steps forward, while the object is in the air. This will give you a longer timeframe to grap the object. 3. Spowder shot and spam interact. This way you will have a much longer initial interact timeframe, since your player model is actually colliding with the object and that counts as line of sight to grab it. It takes some practice to get the timing right, but it is very easy after you get the hang of it.
After using special powder, its only good in 2 mission type and thats kinda it, but because its a clean overclock you can just use it like normal boomstick
If you know how mod the game. It‘d be cool if you can create a mod where you don’t drop heavy objects when going upwards fast and one that fixes the hitbox for pickups of certain objects.
How do you manage to keep holding heavy objects after propelling yourself with the boomstick? Any time I try to do this, my dwarf just drops the object and goes flying without it :(

I'm not an expert, but it looks like he's dropping it by swapping to one of his weapons and grabbing it at the edge of his pickup range over and over.
