I bought one of these 2 months ago. It's a complete beauty. Great car, looks small but it actually offers great space. It's a good option if you live in the city. If you live in the mountain, I don't recommend it a lot, but for a daily city life, it does perfect for a family of 4 or 5 people. Mine is only manual, it's what we drive the most in Costa Rica haha.
I am 6'1" pero this is really the car that I like. Spacious sa loob, di ko inexpect. And the style is unique. Saka hindi matakaw sa space sa kalsada. And obviously, mahal na gasolina ngayon, fuel efficiency should also be priority.
7:51 really sold it for me! I actually got the mid variant because I'm more comfortable driving a manual. It really is a fun car to drive. BTW, the prices have gone up significantly since this review. At any rate, thank you, Reygan for your excellent review!

Thank you so much Sir Reygan, for doing this drive feel review, been waiting for it, and I'm glad because even it has weird characteristics, you gave it a lot of positive impressions, and I'm happy with it. 😊😊
Many Filipinos (including me) love the Swift. The exterior design really looks good 👍 But based on sales last year, many more Filipinos bought the Dzire than the Swift 😅 Most likely bec of practicality (the larger cargo space bec of the trunk) and the more affordable price.. But I still love the Swift 😊❤
Also, the higher ground clearance of Dzire is much more appropriate to most flooded, potholes-ridden, and uneven roads here in our country. Still, as a swift owner, I bet we all consider this but our love for the car prevails. Hahaha ps. Bigger wheels and lower ground clearance have its driving advantages though :)
@@Gteesma Yes, the higher ground clearance of the Dzire is also a possible factor in the sales discrepancy w the Swift 😊👍 'Our love for the car prevails'. I like that 👍👍👍
The Dzire 2021 model has good features compared to the Swift like traction control, power-folding side mirror and the rear aircon vent, that's the reason why people prefers the Dzire with a 200k price lower than the Swift. But undeniably, the Swift is really a head-turner.
Great car i own this same color dzire (2019 model) in India. Cute, small and beautiful car and fun to drive this car!! Absolutely a fantastic car by suzuki
Excellent car in its segment. No one else has the same equipment for the same price. At least in Latin America. I had the GLX 5MT version for 4 years and no problem, totally reliable. Only 2 things that can be improved, the first is the comfort of the suspension, quite hard at low speeds, on the highway it is much more comfortable. The 2nd one that greatly affects the comfort and stability of the car are the Apollo brand tires. Very bad tires, they only serve to save fuel, I exchanged them for michelin XM2+ of the same size and the car improved in suspension, wet grip and corner stability at high speed. A recommendation for those who have one or are decided for one, change the tires for good quality ones, you will not regret it.
Point 2 .... exactly on point + the hard tires sounds -_- ... i have one since last April and after couple of months of driving i feel uncomfortable .. i thought it was the suspension system in first ! like feeling everything or little defection on the road , but tried same car for a friend with new tires ..it was a whole new level ...so smooth like u have upgraded the suspension system itself .. But do u recommend the same sizes as the Apollo ones or a different wider profile (as mentioned in the catalogue) maybe for more stability from your experience ? i didn't changed mine yet
Sir, might I suggest for you to also test the ground clearance of each car since we are in the Philippines and the roads are, hmmm, not so good hehe. Nevertheless, I love your videos!! Keep it up!
I always knew you were a Suzuki fan, in your own way. And yes, Suzukis are always fuel efficient. Thanks for the review! Another Suzuki highlighted here. I know you also drove the Swift and enjoyed it quite a lot. For both to be compared to a Mini is quite a testament to how Suzuki tunes their cars properly, based on body type. Their MPVs drive really well too.
Last week, I borrowed my sister's Dzire. We went from Iloilo City to Caticlan to spend holiday in Boracay. Full tank from Iloilo City. 5 passengers + driver. Balikan namin, half tank lang na consume na gas - around 800+ kms. Aircon is sobrang lamig, naka 1 lang ang setting. I did not like the AGS - nag je jerk pagnag.a.upshift. You need to release gas then step on it again to avoid jerking on below rpm: from gear 1-2 = 2.25k rpm from gear 2-3 = 2k rpm from gear 3-4 = 1.75k rpm

Yes
Really love this Suzuki especially the brand's AGS that had European car model vibe on it. Along with the Vitara's watch that gave me that vibe also.

Balita ko mahirap to sa long term pag nasira yung AGS kasi buong AGS talaga ang papalitan. 100k din yun.
thats why go for GL manual
dahil loko-loko mga taga casa. clutch cable lang naputol gusto palitan buong AGS system. Kaya marami na ngayon alangan kumuha ng AGS eh.
Which is more expensive to replace, AGS or CVT?
Would probably better if this was just sold as a normal 5 speed manual or a normal automatic
Sports car sound 😅- im using this car in uae it is fun to drive.
Anong difference ng AGS sa CVT ni vios? Same lang din silang may manual at matic.
AGS uses a clutch to shift gears, CVT uses belts without a clutch.
