North West looks adorable in her olive green tutu as she heads in to meet up with cousin Penelope. Later they all leave at the same time and Kanye dresses up Nori like himself in a camo jacket.

It's interesting to see how it works. I assume there's laws for both the celebrity and the paps, and they all know them well. They behaved the same way with Kourtney. Granted, the paps are still in the way with their presence, but they don't block people from going about their buisness. I'd still hate it, but for the Kardashians it's literally their job.
