There’s something actually scary about this series I’ve just realized. There are multiple references to the “eastern front” throughout the series, and after looking at each reference, Im pretty sure that this series takes place during the Second World War. He lack of actual technology in the household such as TVs only reinforces the idea that this takes place in the Second World War. It’s... actually kind of scary.
this hurts so much after seeing the finale. it’s okay though, the rats are all happy living in another mansion or city together having teh time of their lives and being family :)
