what are the limitations beside the size of the laser that the dado has? How does the lower power that the dado uses effect the usability and what advantages would a bigger/more expensive Laser have?

wonder how well it deals with silver or white gold as they tend to have problems with most lazer machines? also the parameters for adjusting the diameter of the lazer if they even have that?

Firstly, Is there any difference between the dado 1 and the dado 2? I’m looking I to getting one, but unsure if the 2 is worth the price increase. Secondly, how powerful is the Lazer? Is there any limitations compared to something like a Rolfin? I want to be able to polish with it, and be able to join 18k and platinum parts. Thank you!
