It’s hard to believe this is a new build. Love the look and feel of old farmhouse with the “separate” rooms but still has the right amount of open concept. My favorite is the sink and with the overlooking large window.

My Uncle. when I was a child (I am almost 74 years old), cut out a Santa exactly like this and he was able to purchase from somewhere the colored Santa that went onto the plywood he had cut out in the same shape.
I watched hundreds of UA-cam Christmas home tours and yours is the best. I do t get the Christmas feels often at my age but I did when I watched this. The best. Hands down. ❤

Very pretty farmhouse vintage Christmas tour. This house is beautiful. She has a lot but is very tastefully displayed. I love in the dining room how the shelf is centered on the wall and then the picture hung above it is to one side. Who would think!!!! I like that. Sometimes you think everything has to be centered and even. Thanks also for the idea with the old step ladder next to the front door. I am going to do that next year...God willing. Just closed and lights with ornaments... awesome. 👍. Very nice...thanks again. Have a Blessed Christmas. 🎄♥️
