At 3:00 , a cheeseburger falls into Flint's hand and his eyes follow it from the sky to his hand. But his eyes also cross and focus on the burger which is the detail I'm referring. Fine use of detail.

This is one of my favorite movies of all-time! I went and saw this movie on my 8th birthday, and it was my most anticipated film of 2009! One of the best movie theater experiences I ever had!

It’s the perfect blend of brilliant cinematography and music to fully show off how amazing this not only feels for the main characters, but for every single character present in the movie. It’s the ultimate turning point. A ray of hope. It’s a 10/10 scene.
Sam actually says some dumb complimentary stuff after accidentally blurting out scientific amazement, because she thought it made her seem lesser attractive. Also got rid of her glasses for that. The TV host guy later even laughs at her wearing a ponytail with scrunchie and glasses.
