Thanks for watching! See you at the track!
Jonathan, since there's no podcast this week please sit down with Joseph, either on the road, shop or anywhere and get his perspective on driving the longhorn vs capital and chevy vs a Ford engine. That is content you need to touch on since the podcast isn't happening which is where yall normally go in depth. So please at some point this get his prospective on the differences. Thanks for the amazing content!
What pod cast are you referring to
@@slaunchs On Patreon they do a podcast every week going over the weekend races or what the plans are for the coming week. It's much more in depth and worth the 10 bucks it cost. But this week they're leaving for Fairbury and won't have podcast due to them all traveling.
I agree I would like to hear what he has to say
Not a good idea. It usually starts arguments. The reality of it is that there's too many variables. EVERY car is different from the next. Chassis', engines, tracks, conditions, comfort, weather, etc, etc, all affect outcome and opinion. Comparing the differences with only 20 or 30 minutes seat time is silly and inaccurate at best, in my opinion.
@@alvarsdzenis4739 I hear ya but Joseph knows enough to give a quick unbias assessment and thats all we want. And Chevy is always better!
Being sought as driver is a level most will only dream of. Nice work Joseph!
cant wait to see this about 25-30 more times this year, lets go HTF!!
Getting into a strange car has to be tough enough, you still did an awesome job Jo Jo . HTF🏁
Interesting to go back and watch how he did in the car he is now a HIRED GUN! Keep improving HTF!
Same here
Hopefully, Joseph is ready to rip the lip at Fairbury! Excited you guys are making it up to Illinois.
It's amazing how fast these cars are compared to what we ran back before the store bought race cars came around in the early eighties
Really enjoying these older videos, waiting for the new ones coming for this season.. as always a lot of fun watching the driving , and the content ! 👍👍👍
It was awesome seeing y’all at my hometown track. On video and in person
Looked like he wasnt used to that many HP under the hood to me. As soon as he throttled back and stopped spinning the tires he was bad fast. Ate up a straightaway on those guys in the feature as soon as he throttled back. Good run in a strange car at a strange track JJ
Man that mustang emblem looks great 👍
Great job Joseph in a first time car with a massive seat.
Good job Joseph. For a last minute deal you did good. That has to be a good car and team as well. God Bless!
Nice piece of equipment, great job driving Wheelman 🏁
Ford= First On Race Day. Great driving Joseph love watching the HTF crew
Flipped over rebuilt dodge, Found on road dead, Fix or repair daily.. The list is too long lmao
I thought ford stood for "Fix it again tony"
@@chapie62 aleast they never asked us to bail them out. Cheap,Heap,Every,Valve,Rattles,Oil,Leaks,
Every,Time.
@@jerrellkull5347 I like that lol😂
Joseph joiner can make anything go fast great race GOD BLESS HTF
That was awesome! The track was cool and raced good! Joseph ran good in the longhorn Ford! He did a great job for what he had to work with and did good getting it as close as he could in the seat! Way to go! Go Hunt the Front!!!
That thing looked really fast!
Joseph did a phenomenal job in a car with the wrong seat.. Car's still in one piece and he learned some stuff that will help in all y'all's own cars!! Congratulations..4th is still something to CELEBRATE 🎉🏁🏆🏁 Happy Birthday Jesse🎉🎉 Stay safe 🙏
That distributor is definetly in the right spot LOL, wish more folk ran fords!
Thank y’all for coming to Hattiesburg
Coronet Ford, nice piece for sure!!!
Just went back and rewatched some old videos. One of the first ones was them unloading a super engine to be installed in a 2011 victory circle. It was a 10 car from Henderson Motorsports.
Good racing Joseph for the first time on the track awsome job
You guys are grate. Love watching you guys. Keep up the good work. And stay safe. God be with you all.
Great job…awesome to watch👍🏁…thanks for not so many hand gestures in the view👍
4th place 1st time ever in a different chassis is a great result.
The sound of that beast is amazing.
It’s a Ford of course It does
I think Joseph did a great job of getting into a new car and letting it rip. Good finish.
Can't believe you guys haven't hit 100k yet. Keep up the great work guys
Oh big Ford sure sounded good
Wow!!! JoJo you were ripping it in a car you didn't know. You are a good racecar driver. God Bless.
That was one rough choppy track, good job surviving it. Good luck in Fairbury.
very cool to see inside a different team. that ford sounds so mean! [says the chevy guy] , thanks henderson for the back stage pass
Good job Joseph!! Looks like you took a beating.
A camera angle that I think would be cool would be to have a camera pointed at the drivers face.
Nice job 👍. Need to put a bug out check off list together for those last minute calls.
Good job guys that track looks a little ruff keep'em coming
Cant wait for y’all to come down to Louisiana for the big crate late race! Pumped man, my home track
Man that little Ford sounds terrific!
I was at that race and when they said his name I was looking for y’all but never found y’all it was a great race
What's the matter guys, too easy to set timing on that old Ford with the distributor up front LOL , Joseph got to sit in the car 4 times total. He went out and qualified it 4th and finished 4th racing against the guys at their home track while sitting on some hacked up My Pillows and that's testament to Joseph's abilities ,Longhorn chassis, and that little old Ford power plant and probably the only one in the field. It was only a month or two ago when I was watching everybody whining on the dirt car channels about Brandon Sheppard stinking up the show. So say what you will about the Fords but you gotta give the devil it's due ! Great effort Joseph !
How many times have y'all talked about wishing y'all had your car there? Haha my driver jumps seats from time to time. It's an honor and a privilege for someone to offer you a drive in a nice piece. But it's also pretty great having your own piece! hahaha enjoy the videos!
Good Job. Good finish for different car a stuffed seat and a washboard track.
Those box seats there at Hattiesburg look really awesome. Watch out for splinters.
Joseph bout to be up front more often with them big dawgs 🤟🏼 #hornsup
Enjoyed watching your video nice run!🙂
That looks like a fun track to drive, that was a good looking car.4th place not bad.
Ole track was rough!!! The rain helps and hurts us racers!!!! Good run guys!!!
Great job as always ! Keep up the great work !!
Looked like a good night for a set Penske shocks!!
LOVE the Ford
Great job driving it's almost impossible to drive if you are not comfortable with the seat steering and pedals last time I drove the old car wouldn't run and pushed like a dump truck but the worst part was trying to get in a seat built for a 120 pound man when I was close to 190 hips hurt for a week and had a helmet with a ton off padding around the neck area so my head was pushed forward was never so cramped in my life was like an adult trying to ride a toddlers tricycle that will never happen again but great job driving my dad was a true blue Ford Man he ran one of the 427 fords back in the mid sixties he said it was all you could do to hold onto it sure miss my Dad good job and keep on digging 🙏
Good Job Joseph! Looks like your rep is getting some attention. 👍 Keep up the Good Work guys. Watching from mi.
Can’t wait to see you guys at falls
regardless of what people think ford is a formidable powerplant look around at how many top teams run them
I raced for a few years and I ran a chevy, but I'm a Ford man. The reason was it was cheaper and easier to run a Chevy. If I were a rich man and had a crew, I would have ran a Ford
@Mike D lol says you 95% of racer can’t put a Ford power plant in their race car because it’s too expensive and too hard to get parts unlike Chevy parts are everywhere and cheap.
@@robertbarone2306 that’s what I’m saying lol I wish I could put a Ford in the car.
I think Joseph can drive anything 👍
Happy 28th birthday Jesse. Good job on the race, stick with the Chevy. Lol
That was a hot rod good job driving it 🤙🏻
That Ford motor sounds awesome
Pretty dark around there glad he got a top 5 and was safe on to the ss
Love your show keep up the good work I haven't bought a 4X
Dang people get to the vids quick😂
I thought it was one Helluva drive .... Unfamiliar car and bouncing around in the seat like a marble in a bucket .... LOL 😁... Weather is looking good for Friday and Saturday in Fairbury 👍👍👍🏁
Listen to that ford power! We are a select few that run a Ford crate buster in the imca modifies in ND. Nothing against the lighter chevy crates but some good power out of the Ford
You have a great race
Love the videos and keep up the great work
Dispite the Ford , the track , the wrong seat , that was a great driver wheeling that thing ! 😀😀
There is NO despite a Cornett ford it's without a doubt a better motor no doubt makes more power than that boat anchor Draime they have.
What about the rest of my cmment
@@DDD-us6uu Well if every part of your comment was worth 33% and you had 2 out of 3 correct ..you would be 66% correct in total so Congrats your ahead of the curve. And sounds like your 66% smarter than theses other fools on here
That Ford has got to be better than anything coming from Government Motors. First On Race Day!!
Joseph good job in the longhorn engine seam like it had plenty of power look good
That "Ford" is quite a bit more healthy than y'alls motor. That thing is stout. Joseph did a good job.
I would not doubt it if the Ford has more power than the SB-2 they have
Hat's off to Joseph ... not excluding Henderson MS crew. Seat is big (variance), hard to stay put! Completely different car with different characteristics and Ford Power. 4th to start and finish, damn boy -- pretty dang good!!! Joseph adjusted well, gotta say. Ford, typically is "higher-end" power (rpm) and a narrower power-band; "foot-memory" (lift) takes some adjusting to, esp. running bow-tie power after all these yrs. Bet he was absolutely wore out........ Nice work to all! Be Safe
that was a ruff track looked like southern on a good night,i think ya'll could have wore em out with the show pony back at the shop, get next time and good luck this week
Wish I would have known about this only 45 mins from the house, I would have called out from work to go watch yall and chase Holland race lol
And then y’all went to Biloxi I live there lol
Finally an Engine with the distributor in the right place. Did well....
You have the best content
When are the new seats supposed to come in
From the sound of that Ford, my guess is that the camshaft/intake was tuned for max power and not for a broader
power band to give predictable power off the corner...Hard to keep from bogging down coming off and then over
powering your traction mid straight away....
Damn man , I wanna get back in the seat again. Ya know, I’m super stoked for you guys, and everyone racing still. I think, I’m sure of it, if I had the car, or money for my own, I’d be right back in the front. I wonder how much talent is really out here, wanting to race, but no funds or sponsorship to do so? Crazy huh?
Never heard of you.
Track looks prime !
Good Job ----Good experience
Looking forward to seeing you guys at Fairbury. Being from Illinois, it's the closest I thing you guys have come to my home turf.
I have to wait for them to come to Eldora to be able to see them race
They have a nice setup
Not a bad run now. Good job Jo Jo!
One heck of a Job. I have no idea how you drove so good in a car built for someone much bigger. Play Race be Safe.
This is the start of him racing full time as a professional driver. Next is a ride in World of Outlaws!! Go Joseph!!
Awesome! Good FORD power!
Nice job Joseph those Cornett racing engines are darn good the ford's make some stupid hp if they haven't changed them they are a little softer on response unlike Chevys but u can change the tork on those Ford engines with intake plinmun I thinks that's right big sexy knows all about them Ford engines when he drove coulter
Track was real ruff!!
Good race guys
Great stuff guys! 🏁
great run for jumping a strange car!!!!
Good job Stroker!
Great run... I think it you guys bring the capital up there it's going to be on!!! Hunt the Front will be hard to beat!!!
Nice going Joseph for first time in a car. Be safe in the street stock 🙏 nothing stock about street stock.
See how your car feels in a few days now that you run the big power!!!
Really good equipment David Brezeale ran it for a good while and he’s no joke on the track def plenty of hp under the hood
Not a bad run for a different car GO HTF
Great job y'all.
Great job and go team hunt the front
