This guy's voice is so motivational. It just screams "I will fight right alongside you with exemplary valor and self-sacrifice, and I will not falter in my duty, my leadership, or my stewardship of my men, even if events lead us all the way into the Eye of Terror and back." If every Commissar had this voice, then the need for blamming cowards would be all but nonexistent - though you'd still need to put a bolt into the foreheads of heretics and traitors (though this should already be a given).
This is the best thing about Sturnn. It’s seen even canonically that rarely for Sturnns rank do leaders fight alongside their troops, and yet, here he is, in the thick of the action.

@@kevincass9917 Nah, that wasn't it. I discovered that, for whatever reason, the bug only existed on the expansion maps. If I played on a map from vanilla Dawn of War, the voice lines were all fine.

I think the expansion was bugged for me - I could only hear like 10% of the voice lines here. Same with all other units added in the Winter Assault.
Oh, this might be too late, but in order to hear all the voicelines, you have to select "Randomize Sounds" in the main menu.
