Kabogo cleared in Mercy Keino murder probe

Mercy Keino whose body was found on the road after attending a party allegedly hosted by Kiambu Governor William Kabogo was not murdered, the court has ruled. Principal magistrate Peter Ndwiga who has heard the case for five years now says Mercy Keino died as a result of a road accident after consuming alcohol.
