All I can hear is "what you think of this/that blah blah" This guy just can't stop talking. Let the guest speak, let him speak at his own will for God sake.
They come for the more authentic experience. The west is familiar with buildings and fine dining etc. so they aren't necessarily keen on the development aspect PC, MM ALAM Road etc. is more for the local charm.
Dave, I think it isn't as hard as Iran etc. Probably a bit more easier for the Europeans than the Americans, but it is pretty straight forward. Since I was born in Pakistan, I don't need one, but some of my friends have had Pakistani visas and it didn't seem to be a problem.

at 0:35, that girl saying take off your shoes, should she have added "please take your shoes with you" would have much better. show respect like Pashtoons do. you punjabis need to learn manners
Respect is always preferred and better, so point taken. Nevertheless, generalization of Punjabi, Pushtoon etc. may not be suitable. You can't generalise such large groups, in terms of something as broad as respect. Besides, they are both friends and quite casual, which is another reason why she probably lacked much courtesy. You will appreciate the same person can end up swearing and using F words in one company and the same person could move to 'Thank you very much indeed!' in another company. I hope you find this reply to your satisfaction. Best Wishes!
Just because you don't find it interesting, doesn't mean its not part of Lahore, this was an authentic Lahori experience, a life that is true for a lot of Lahorites, the intention was not to focus on touristic monuments. There is a difference in perspective; what locals want to show and what foreigners want to see.

I am unsure why there is a Punjabi Pathan debate here, I posted it as a Pakistan, and both are equally Pakistani to me.
Or mušt say PLEASE take off shoes
How about let friends speak to each other as they see fit, it was a private conversation not meant for public scrutiny.
Sorry. Other than Badshahi Masjid nothing else interesting in this video.
