Vicki High Maggie Kirkpatrick stated in her book she like wearing dress 👗 skirt as feminine and she lady but she always without fail wore trousers once a month as on her period.
If it's really become that boring for you why don't you just stop watching altogether if all you're going to do is nit-pick the show with the stupidest scenarios?
Your efforts of keeping this up for new generations like myself is truly appreciated ❤. My mom told me how she grew up watching this when it was originally aired. I UA-cam it and thanks to you, I’ve been able to enjoy it 3 times already. 🙌🏽
People complain about everything. Maybe the Rita era was inferior to the Bea/Sandy/Myra episodes but it was still worth watching. Kath Maxwell was one of the best things about this final era. I didn't care much for Mervin, Grumby and Marty #3 but Kath, Merle, Spider and Loreli more than made up for them.
"My son is about to marry a criminal" so, to beat the shame of your son falling in love with a criminal, a member of society that you clearly despise, is to break the law yourself? Have a word with yourself pet
@bazz krycek- this had to be one of the best episodes in a while- full of drama and suspense and, as you say, the Freak getting her just desserts but always plotting her next move!
I'm only going by speculation based on history, it doesn't necessarily mean I'm right but the show had already suffered enough because of the Barnhurst 5 era. The show needed a major change over 40 episodes ago and some people may not like the final year of the show but it's what we got and it seemed to get things slightly back on track, the ratings from what I hear seemed to recover and I don't think they were in a position to argue otherwise and start killing people off for the sake of it.
She knows everyone would take great pleasure getting a kick out of it.. she knows she’s hated and she doesn’t like anyone to think she’s weak by telling everyone her problems.. so she’s hides it instead, she didn’t want anyone knowing about the house fire because she out to get Rita, and Meg knew it was Joan that started the fire at Rita and Slashers house.. and with the house fire, that would confirm it was her.
This has been a great episode. It seems the Freak has taken all the punishment she's ever deserved in a single episode and for once I'm feeling sorry for her. What a shame Lorelei never educated her mother about the folly of opening the door to the police.
bunnyjadeboo tait I wonder if Erica would lose her clothes and have a few beers 🍻 The only other thing I really like to watch is the Election results with David Dimbleby 😯 I think we would be lost without our doses of riots bashings stabbings shootings suicides killings accidental deaths and the occasional bad Greek actor💭
The only thing i feel bad is that Joan isn't covered all because of what Terri did. Maggie K's acting is superb, it makes you feel sorry for Joan whenever something tragic has happened.
Not me. She destroys everything in her path, and she absolutely revels in torturing other people. This isn't about her fire insurance. Her loss of her home is because she killed somebody. I really can't understand how anyone feels sorry for anything that happens to her.
It's shit since Lou Kelly left. i miss her wise cracks and hostility towards the other prisoners. I would of liked Reb Kean and Kelly in right to the end.
12:49 - 12:54 Whoever is a Simpsons fan remember this line from Moe the bar tender when he receives funniest prank calls from Bart Simpson. Well, Rita knew how to deal with the freak with The Revenge along with the Bikies. 41:31 Aw Poor Zoe! Going through this moment on a very young age 💔
I couldn't imagine leaving my baby crying for me like that. Paula Duncan said she had just had her real life daughter and was experiencing post partum depression and was nursing her baby at the time and her breasts were sore. Triple her problems poor woman. At the fortieth anniversary ceremony she was there and said Lorelei Wilkerson was Bi Polar.
Julie was wrong about 1 thing though.. saying that Lou Kelly was tough. She wasn't. She was a ruthless vicious bully always picking on the weak and vulnerable. She was also a megalomaniac. The only times she was ever 'tough' was when she had a braying mob behind her or a gun in her hand. She always had to have someone with her when trying to take on either Myra or Rita. That's how tough she was.
I wouldn't say it's a matter of joining any party even if it is The Freak, hell I myself prefer Vera to Joan. The moral of this is I fail to understand how killing off all the characters at once would've helped the show at all, killing off the main characters in the past hasn't exactly proved to be a wise decision, I mean for one look at the slump they fell into when Myra was killed.
Wouldn't Joan have noticed that the check for the insurance had never cleared when she balanced her checkbook at the end of the month.... I mean, you would notice the check wasn't there.
What are you talking about? Maggot knocked an officer's lights out and stole her keys. You saw that happen. She then let herself into Lou's cell and stoved her head in with a bottle.
I guess Joan will be accepting the $10,000 to get rid of Julie now ;^P. I though that was such a stupid plan Rita had for the Freak. Why leave her alive when she knows who was involved in the plan???? And I can't stand that stupid laugh of hers.
I much preferred Bea and Myra as top dogs than Rita. Okay Rita is strong, but her thigh slapping theatrics and all the bikey references is just nonsense
@MrMogwall Yes, I so agree with you about that. Bea was the best and Myra was ok but was better than RIta. Rita is too silly and goofy and I can't take her as "top Dog". The top Dog position should go to a mature actress who is under control and has a line that she draws. Rita has none of that and she is not right to act as Top Dog.
I love megs hairstyle, i used to wear what they called the feathered look, alot of women wanted hairstyles like loni anderson, jaclyn smith, farrah fawcett, andolivia newton john. very pretty indeed. it was very popular then to look like a actress.

DId Lorelei's mum play a lady in Neighbours back in the 1980's i cant recall the name but i think she was collecting old food from the cafe and she was eating it.
wonder why no one likes joan? like trying to help a porcupine. I guess terri didn't post the pmt for insurance. guess joan will be accepting the money from steve's mother plus rita tried to kill her - this is what one would call a really bad day.
I disagree, they weren't exactly enthusiastic about Val Lehman amongst others leaving and after the Barnhurst 5 era they must've been counting their blessings they got at least a few more popular characters in again such as Rita, and I doubt very much that they would've risked anything to kill them off just when things were getting interesting again
another really crappy things about insurance companies, you pay for years on time, no claims then you miss one payment, something happens and all of that money you paid in for years is just wasted because they won't pay up. It happens more often than people realize.
Julie was priceless .after going down a list of all the bashings and killings and beatings she says "oh I'm sorry ,I didn't mean to make you nervous"! One of the main problems with these later episodes is not only recurring storylines but recurring characters: Ida is nothing more than another Millie with the same high-pitched voice and trying the same little old lady who wouldn't hurt a fly routine

I don't care what happened to her, it's her response to it that has made her the monster that she is. Not by a long shot. You mean Lizzie Borden? Lizzie was love able, Ida is a forced character and fake not to mention irritating, rude and disrespectful to everyone who is not her family. I’m not even talking about that harsh voice of hers.
When the Freak turns up in trousers you can bet she's ripe for almost being killed lol. Kath - well she had to wise up & get tough for survival... Which is very practical & realistic. Don't like her turning drug pusher to gain ground though. Rita & the Warriors left her with no choice, Lexie especially. Maggot isn't to be trusted but Kath has no choice. Auntie Ida is a hoot. Rita - have to give her credit for not being a pushover where The Freak is concerned. Fergo's male friend has lousy taste in women lol.
it's not the music that's the giveaway but the fact Joan is wearing trousers again! lol
You know that sh*t is about to get real when Fergo wears trousers 😆
🤣🤣🤣🤣
Vicki High Maggie Kirkpatrick stated in her book she like wearing dress 👗 skirt as feminine and she lady but she always without fail wore trousers once a month as on her period.
@@TommyRay-wp2eh What a lovely thought
Yes but she never wore trousers when her and Bea had a fight

It's different when "they" do it.
Prisonercellblockh95 thank you. For uploading the show its a pity there were. Only 692 I would watch it for ever

Joyce - And said your House has burnt down? Joan - yeah you can believe it.."Would you like to go home?" hahah comedy gold.
I've always loved that! Makes me laugh every time.
I bet you wouldn't be laughing if your house was burnt down
How Joyce still remains employed is beyond me, and she doesn't notice Miss Ferguson doesn't have her keys on her person.
No I agree I. wouldn't like it if my house burned down but its the freak and it is only TV show lol
I know. Sorry, but can't feel sorry for the woman. It was a pay back.
Andrew,Joans new golf mate, and Sid Humprey , lizzies boyfriend are my favorite gentleman on the show😊
I don't feel bad for Joan. She got what was coming to her
Well over due
Joan reminds me of the Queensland Chief Health Officer
Why does Joyce bother showing The Freak any compassion or empathy? She knows it's going to be flung right back in her face with a bark.
Because Joyce is a good person simple as.
I'm only going by speculation based on history, it doesn't necessarily mean I'm right but the show had already suffered enough because of the Barnhurst 5 era. Btw, Steve's mother is a criminal herself, breaking the law by bribing an officer to unjustly keep a woman in prison. What a freaking hypocrite.
Weird how Joan never tells anyone at work, of her troubles at home. Even losing her home in a fire. LOL.
I think you would mention it. I actually spoke to people I worked with.
It's because she knows they all hate her and she thinks they'd secretly laugh at her... lol. The Freak's got pride!

always a bad day for Joan when she's in trousers
I agree it's not been the same since Kelly left with her funny lines.
Lorelei Wilkinson, yet a great character introduced in this final season. I really like this era of the show!
She's a weirdo
I find it quite amusing how the prisoners have the run of the prison. Keys are so easy to get. Bring back Moran. I miss Moran's grunts and groans!
He was the best governor ever
Kath suddenly thinks she’s an experienced, hardened prisoner after a couple of weeks inside🤔
Kath good
I believe she was already evil at her core so it’s easy for her.
me too, just scratched the surface a bit and the evil oozed right on through@@joylapine9004
That's down to the bullying Warriors treatment of her. Kath is a decent person who was forced to turn hard in order to survive.
Lurleen Snook?? No wonder the poor girl changed her name!
