From Bea Smith, Lizzie, Dor, Karen and Frankie to Rita, Lurch, Mawell and Merle and everything else in between that made this soap the best programme in history (in my opinion!!). I'm off out now to raise a glass to the best soap and to PCBH95 for supplying us all with this epic series. See you all in the following round of viewing!!!
My father was friends with Maggie Kirkpatrick I met her once when I was only about 8 yrs old. She was the Best super bitch and a sad character really but I always had a love hate relationship with the freak like most of us did I think , she never ever won even when she thought she was in control ... Sighs.
Thanks for uploading all the episodes. I know you don't come on here very often these days but I hope you see all the comments of appreciation from everyone.
THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!...Crying..laughing..clapping...crying crying clapping! WARRIORS!!! Rita is such a badass!!!! ...Did I say THANK YOU!
STARTED: May 2014 FINISHED: July 2015 So here ends the single biggest commitment I have ever made to any one UA-cam channel. I am proud to say I watched all the way from "She bumped into me" to "Oldest biker in the world" without any skipping. Now 692 episodes at roughly 45 minutes each... that's three solid weeks of my life devoted to PCBH not to mention the time I've spent in the comments section. Funny - doesn't sound like much when you say "three weeks", does it? Alas, there will be no second time around for me. It's just too much of a time commitment for re-watching familiar storylines, though I do intend to check out "Wentworth" at some point. It just remains to extend a huge *THANK YOU* to the anonymous stranger who has made this pleasure possible. May this channel continue to flourish for years to come.
+Les Ashton AbsoLUTEly!! I just finished 692... it took about 5-6 months, I watched all of 'em. I can't remember a series that has kept me so completely engrossed (maybe "The Wire", but they're such different type shows it's hardly worth comparing). So The Freak got hers... for a brief, and I do mean BRIEF second, I almost felt sorry for her. But then again... THANK YOU FOR PUTTING THIS BRILLIANT SHOW ON UA-cam!!
+A. Horne I have now re watched the final episode about ten times , of all the top dogs Rita was the best , I always loved val Lehman " b" but Rita Took us on a ride right to the end xo
I just wanted to thank the person or persons who uploaded this show on here.. I am sure it took a very long time. It was highly enjoyed. Thanks so much for doing this. Thank you so much.
Hiya Danny/Daniel. I recorded Prisoner on VHS for a while as it was being rerun on Channel 5 for a few years, but the run to 692 was not completed as I recall. As of 2001, it has never been given any further screening on UK TV I don't think, and has since become a little forgotten to the masses but not to the true fan, that's for certain. DVD and You Tube is a wonderful thing, a revelation of which gives us unlimited access to the show without waiting for the screening of the next episode. ITV 3 or something like that wouldn't be a bad station for a repeat of the show but it seems an unlikelihood by modern tastes and standards. It's a show that's been truly archived, there's no doubt about that, but any future TV screenings would promote shows like this to new audiences and do no harm at all to their legacies.
Thanks for the response. I suppose it's just a question as to whether all 692 episodes will remain on You Tube indefinitely, or maybe at some point they may be taken down. The complete collection was uploaded 4 to 5 years ago now, it makes me wonder whether they'll stay on the site if the demand remains high enough, but I'd say that the number of views in the future will determine that. Thanks again.
Does anyone else realise that Meg Jackson\Morris has been in this program from the very first episode to the very last? Quite an achievement, wouldn't you say? :)
Speaking of Meg being in Prisoner Cell Block H from the beginning to end, it would have been better if throughout the shows run, they gave Meg a rags to riches type story arc, where she is just a prison warden at the start of the show's run, and then at the end of the run, she is the Head of Correctional Services at The Department, having been Deputy Governor, then Governor of Wentworth. Given that she was a prison baby, this would have been a better story arc for Meg and given her more character development. In this she rises from nothing (prison baby) to a position of power (Head of Correctional Services).
spectrumlocalb191 Although Elspeth has appeared at some reunions where Val has been there and there are photos online if any of you guys google for them. 😊😃
Thank you PrisonerCellBlockH95. It must have been a labour of love to upload all these episodes. Very, very much appreciated. Now it's all over, I feel like a Labrador looking at his empty dish with a full belly but still sad because his dinner is finished.
And the story continues... Rita stated, "I'll be the oldest biker in the world!" And this is true. Rita went on & continued treatment, and went into remission. By her side, Alice cared for her night and day, anxiously awaiting Harry's release from Barnhurst. Harry received an early parole due to good behavior & remissions. Upon his release, Harry returned to Wentworth and was hired by the department as maintenance & groundskeeper, married Alice & lived in the apartment on the prison grounds where Alice & Rita reside. Anne puts Rita up for parole because of her illness, and is approved. But little did anyone else know, Anne also submitted Alice for early release. With remissions & diligence in caring for Rita, Alice received her parole so she could continue with her caring for Rita. And, upon their release, Harry & Alice take Rita to live on Alice's family farm along with Ida, who passed away shortly after moving in, due to a massive stroke. Although the four were only together for a short time, they were a family, not through blood, but through love. Harry & Alice continued caring for Rita, helping her through the mourning of Ida, and recovery, with experimental medication & treatment. Rita started riding again, but not with a club. She roamed the country, and returned when news arrived of Alice joining the duffer's club. It was Rita's turn to take care of Alice while Harry cared for the farm, and soon they were a family of four again with the arrival of Ida Louise, a beautiful curly hair who would receive more love than any child could ever wish for. And as their dear friend Lorelei would say, "And they lived happily ever after." ******************* Joan, on the other hand, would not have it easy in the west. But that, I'll save for another day. And believe me, EVERYTHING COMES FULL CIRCLE FOR THE FREAK! ******************* I hope you enjoyed my "Rita" saga. If you like this and want me to continue with the "FREAK" saga, just let me know.
Yeah I also have Rita getting better and moving into Harry and Alice's place. I also had Bob return to Kath's life after her husband divorced her and after a successful appeal, she and Bob married and Merle was released into their care, with Tom still teaching her. But I had the Freak commit suicide
zagreus139 Just in case you didn't know, and it's obvious you didn't, Harry never actually raped anyone. He was with a group of mates who had raped a girl, but he didn't participate. But, because he was present when the rape occurred, he was also convicted of rape. He tells Alice all about it somewhere between episodes 680 - 692. Go back and watch it. I think you might be thinking about Frank Burke, who was 1 of the 3 transferred from Pentridge to Wentworth when Myra Desmond was top dog. Because she ended up falling in love with Jeff, who was eventually transferred to Barnhurst, where he was finally paroled just in time for Myra's funeral.
oh no the last episode tears and Rita got the last laugh..She took Ferguson out like a BOSS.... Thanks for uploading these they were awesome thank you again....
Haha! It interrupted my studies too but then the TV channel cancelled it! I was so delighted to see it online and now having seen from beginning to end! :-)
Miles Y 22yrs to watch them all ,its taken me just over a year to watch them all from episode 128 up to 692 .I was so addicted to the series I was watching them all through the night lol.up to 10 episodes a day .great aren't they Miles
No . By this stage the show had declined badly into a comedy show. It was a great episode but the fire / diaries storyline was by far the best with Joan and Bea.
well here i am finally on 692 i feel like im losing a friend finishing prisoner iv loved it so much thanks so much to prisoner.cell.block-H95 for the uploads and all the comments so here goes ep 692 as lizzie used to say you little ripper
Wow! What an episode!! Epic performances from Glenda and Maggie (and co.) 👏🏻🇦🇺 Started watching on 21st December 2023, and finished on 19th March 2024- Prisoner Cell Block H - an excellent TV show well deserved of its iconic status. Thank you to PrisonerCellBlockH95 for uploading all 692 episodes 🙏🏻
Now I'm at the end of it all, just want to throw a bloody HUGE THANK YOU to you for loading this bloody awesome show. It was fun going back and watching it all again. THANK YOU :)
Wow ! That was one hell of a rollercoaster ride. It's taken me 7 months to see all episodes. I've had many laughs, and some tears whilst watching this great series. Maybe one day I'll return to ride it all again !!
Many thanks to PrisonerCellBlock95 for all the enjoyment you have provided. I saw this show, as a teenager, in the U.S. when it first aired. I saw very few episodes. Over a year ago I was just looking for the theme song on UA-cam. I never dreamed there was a complete series. I have thoroughly enjoyed all 692 episodes. What a fantastic person you are for doing this. Thank You from California!!!
Maggie Kirkpatric’s Performance was absolutely remarkable, especially when she was ranting about how she ran the prison and speaking in the third person absolutely breathtaking performance❤
Agreed! Joan Ferguson is one of the cruelest characters in television but Maggie Kirkpatrick can almost instantly make you feel sorry for her with just the smallest looks or gestures.
Well, I cried buckets when I thought Rita had died. Im going to miss tis so much, so many good characters and some bloody awful ones but you cant expect 692 episodes of pure genius can you. There have been highs and some lows but lets face it, we stick out the lows waiting for it to improve and it always does...eventually. Saying that, I loved watching PCBH and I am going to miss it.The acting in the last few episodes has been brilliant, Joan was her most scarey in this episode, like a wild dog cornered, baring her teeth, fantastic. If Id of been Meg I would have been terrified. Even Rodney Adams acting has improved. I really big thankyou to PrisonerCellBlockH95, youve given alot of us alot of pleasure. Good on ya sport!
REST IN PEACE REG GRUNDY / Reginald Roy "Reg" Grundy AC OBE (4 August 1923 - 8 May 2016). With much love from all your fans of the shows you created, especially Prisoner. Love from Luca & all BLOCKMATES worldwide. XXXXX
Lucas, you and Patrick are me mates. I loved reading your comments from start to finish. I am from the States, and I am 61. We viewed Prisoner on channel 9 in Chicago for about two seasons, then it was taken off the air. Thanks to the right bloke who posted the entire series, my hero! Thanks to all of the Blockmates, who's comments are read loyally. Check out the Facebook page just for us Blockmates. What other Aussie soaps can I watch after this? BTW I was a right Spunk back in my day, and you look to be one too. I will be checking back to see if you guys found any other Aussie soaps. Rack off mates!
I'd just like to say a big thank you to "PrisonerCellBlockH95" for taking the time to upload all 692 Episodes of this iconic Aussie series! I'd only ever seen up to Episode 415 or so (Just after Bea left) and now I was able to fill in all the missing gaps and enjoy the remainder of the series. Thank you! :D
Just finished the whole series. Watched through tears, gasps and laughter! What a roller coaster ride this show has been! Thank you so much PrisonerCellBlockH95 for uploading the whole series! Now to move onto Wentworth! :)
+janado5 A great ending to a fantastic show!!!! How will I spend my time now? Time to do some cleaning I guess :) Wentworth is good but this show is better IMO. Wentworth Season 4 starts in April.
Truly brilliant cliffhanger. What a way to end the show. Still, I would have loved to have seen another hundred or so episodes with Joan's brutal demise.xx
Rita Connors. The BEST top dog of the entire show. She truly looked out for all and unlike Be a she didn't bully and boss others to get what only she wanted.
+Patrick Nabors agree and she was also the best actress ln the entire series the screen play for last half dozen episodes was top notch and the ending perfect
Gotta love the conveniently timed crack of thunder when Joan clocks the cop car! I also think Glenda Linscott is the best actress the show ever had. It was the role of a lifetime for her - and she gave it everything and more besides. Glenda, if you ever see this, you have nothing but my unrequited respect
Gutted Maxwell came out of it all smelling of roses, but at least the Freak finally got what she had coming. Loved the twist where Rita gave the freak her food. The whole prison, and the police was in on it!
I don’t think the whole prison. I think Ann found out from Rita when she visited her that morning in the cell. Then when Ann asked dr to leave Ann informed police
On Tuesday December 19 2023.I just finished watching all 692 episodes of Prisoner Cell Block H. It took me 4 months. And it was worth it👌👌 Thank you to PrisonerCellBlockH95. For uploading all the episodes. 👌👌😊😊
To whoever you are... Thanks for uploading the whole series. I don't know how long it took me to watch it but it was well worth it. Ferguson finally got what was coming to her.Once again thanks.
I've watched them all from Episode 1. It was magnificent. I started watching August of last year. It's March 6, 2024. Thank you so much for posting these.
I'm re-watching Prisoner 30yrs from the time I watched when I was 16. In my humble opinion it's one of the best TV shows of all time.. It's enduring legacy of the struggle and suffrage of women.. It was of it's time in some ways an absolutely ground breaking in others.. I'm so glad I watched it again, it's warms my soul so heartedly. it's interesting what you don't see with younger eyes, and what you do with time and nuance. It's no wonder there's still so many groups, and get togethers accross the world commemorating the love of this great piece of TV history. It's been great listening to talking prisoner podcast too, hearing insightful stories of the casts experiences making the show. As long as you can guys, please keep the reunion events going, I will hope to attend one day. ❤ Might even try to get out to Oz xx
Been watching this since March of this year, real proud I got to finish it, as I used to sneak down to the living room as a kid when my mum and dad was watching it in the 90s. So happy I found it on UA-cam and got the chance to watch it all through. Best TV show ending ever IMO. Rita only went and outsmarted the freak! Many thanks for uploading this!
The actress playing Mis Ferguson is brilliant, no wonder her career is still going strong. And it's wonderful news that the allegations against her (in real life) were dropped. Far too many cases of people trying to take stars down!!
Just a funny fact this last episode was mostly filmed on 5 september 1986 the day I was born..i just realised that :) quite funny that a show that I love had its very last day of filming on the same day that i was born :)
I saw some of prisoner back in the 80s was so excited when I found it on U tube watched the whole lot and have started watching again, my favourite character by far is Rita. She is awesome. Thanks Glenda for playing her, your awesome too.
Julie Barr I truly agree with you Julie, the music they played when Rita was having her treatment was fantastic & I was sobbing like a baby because I thought she was dead, until the part when she was in the cell with the freak to give her her food tray and I was crying again then because I was so sad it was the final episode .
Liam, you are a ROCK STAR! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for getting me through 2 broken ankles with Sons & Daughters and then Prisoner: Cell Block H. When one is lying flat on their back for months, a great Series or two really matters. A little sad to be leaving two of my favorite Aussie favorites. But at least I've acquired some great 'slang' to take with me like, "rack off," 'bloody hell', and "can I make you a cuppa?" You guys sure drink a LOT of cuppa's! Love from Dallas, Texas, America!
Haha...yes we do love our soaps Kelly. The British soaps are SO much better than ours. I'm now hooked on BBC Casualty and Holby City. Btw, I can still remember the day the infamous Farrah Fawcett poster in the red bathing suit came out. I lived in Washington, D.C. at the time and people were lined up around the block at L'Enfant Plaza at lunch time waiting to buy it. I was not one of them, but I'll never forget all the people.
HeartVisions Where are you watching these episodes? Thanks for the memory of that poster. I honestly believe our city may be renamed "Selenaville one day. Giggle
i dreaded this day to arrive, the final pcbh.. thank u so much for sharing every 1 with us, may have to restart again in future, as my life is about to change, as i dnt know what am going to watch now on youtube :(
At long last! I've finally completed all the episodes of Prisoner Cell Block H. It's been a very hectic Journey. Not only I've seen people Arrive & Depart but I've saw Riots, Bashing, murders, Suicides, Grogs, drugs, set ups, transfers, sadness, Happiness & so on. Started: OCTOBER 2019 Finished: APRIL 2020 This has got to be 1 of the best shows I've ever seen, I have to admit it, yes I've skipped or fast forward some parts which they are very disturbing & hard to watch but the best part it's Full Episodes from every season, Great 80s Quality & it's on UA-cam which is FREE! To the person who gave up the time to uploads full episodes of every season, I just want to say... THANK YOU! As a young 22 year old boy living the suburbs close to where Prisoner was filmed, I've seen Neighbours, Home And Away & Sons and Daughters from the early years but I would have never thought I would Stumble into this greatest show like Prisoner. I've learned new lessons & I would rather behave myself than waisting my life than getting locked inside. I'm feeling sad that my time of Binge Watching Prisoner during the Covid 19 has come to an end. I've realised it wasn't the end of those actors & I've seen familiar faces. Neighbours snatched most of them, others went to Home & Away & some end up in films & not seen again. My favourite Character is Lizzie Birdsworth as she's 1 of the funniest human beings! Whether if she's getting herself drunk with the grog, chasing a woman with the saucepan, Fighting against the Bean bag & dancing around as a fairy godmother. I'm sad that Sheila Florence passed away 5 years later after Prisoner ended. RIP SHEILA! ❤👍 My favourite Top Dog is Bea Smith! With Myra more tougher & Rita more Fun to be with! Lastly my favourite part of Prisoner: THE GREAT FIRE OF 1982! That was the Hectic 1 including the battle between Bea & the Freak. The terrorist from 85 was really Brutal to watch. The show has the great ending as well with Joan taken away as a prisoner, Wentworth is back with Harmony & Peace. Just a few things missing with the ending, I've saw other video where the Freak has her flashbacks while the Ferguson Chant continues & the descriptions of what the prisoners & screws are up to before the end credits. That would've been more great if it was shown for real! Oh well. Maggie Kirkpatrick was amazing as the Freak! Really did stole the show from 82 To 86! Great Job! So now I'm going to take a break & I'm probably gonna watch back from Episode 1 some other time! Hope everyone reading this stay safe & look after yourselfs during the Pandemic. Now that prisoner is done, Next stop... Wentworth! Just like Lizzie Said: YOU LITTLE RIPPER! 💖💖💖
@@elizanne6660 Kirsty Child (Beecham) was married to Peter Adams (Bob Moran who played a temporary governor in PCBH) in real life until his death in 1999.
Cheers to whoever Prisoner Cell Block H95 is...Thank you for uploading the entire series: Well, I have come to the final episode and might I say....For someone who started to watch this at 16yrs old till I found a job and started working...I never was able to carry on watching...Life happened...But at 57yrs old now, I loved the series and plan to start re watching from the beginning...From The earlier characters like, Bea, Lizzie, Doreen, Vera, Mrs. Powell, Mrs. Barry/Pringle, Judy, Fletcher, Mrs. Davidson, Joan Ferguson, Meg ( who by the way was the only character who survived the entire series from start to end ) etc to Lurch, Kath, Mearl, Lou and last but not least Ms. Rita Connors ie Rita the Beater, what a final!...Regardless of the outcome, you are going to need tissues for this grand finale'...I didn't see any of that coming!...From Alice and Rita's bond, to Kath and Mearl's closeness, the character's grew on me overtime, especially Rita and Alice...I couldn't stand any of them, but as time progressed, the story unfolded, I watched each character's acting abilities grow and the character's bought to life!...Also to learn that in 2023' quite a few of the character's have aged or passed on...If you were watching for the first time all the comments about Rita were true...Even though Rita was a character, and I couldn't connect to her, I realized Glenda was a wonderful actress and played Rita well...To those who are still alive, I hope you are well...To those who have departed R.I.P. and BLESSINGS to each and every one of you!...Ka Kite
My second time all the way through, and this was far more emotional for me than the first time. I don't know why, life experience maybe? In any case, this is Prisoner's best episode by far and is beautifully crafted from start to finish with little visual touches and dialogue nuances. You get the feeling that the writers and producers cared so much for the show that they wanted to get it right and send it off in the right way, creating an episode that ordinarily they wouldn't have had the time to expend so much care and effort. Chief among those who cared about the show was Ian Smith (Ted Douglas) who co-wrote this episode and makes a cameo appearance, as the cop placing Ferguson in the car. "I trusted you". Ferguson's smile as she's led away for the last time. And that final, hopeful, peaceful note right before the end credits. A very powerful ending. Perfect.
Despite all the spoilers in all the previous episodes’ comments sections, this ending did NOT DISAPPOINT! Very well done by all involved with this final episode (in particular: music, cinematography and direction) - and not one poor acting performance, resulting in the ending this iconic show truly deserves. Three cheers for Prisoner!
As a kid, this show fascinated me. It came on in the States in half-hour chunks that ran later at night after the news. I just loved it. However, it didn't stay on long and I never knew until years later that it lasted 8 seasons (and I didn't know about Joan!). I'd often thought about the show over the years and then finally one day I searched for it on UA-cam and found that someone posted every single episode! I thought I'd watch a couple to see how much I'd remember about it after not seeing it for 40 years. From the get go memories of the show flooded back. Of course I never forgot about Bea, Lizzie, and Doreen, but I was surprised how many other characters and plot lines were still lodged in the cobwebs of my mind. I had no intention of watching all the episodes, but then I quickly got hooked and a year later here I am watching Ep. 692! What a terrific ride and the last episode was one of the best series finales I've ever seen. TV writers these days should go back and watch this. They try to be too clever now and most of the time fail at ending a show. This one wraps everything up in the most satisfying way. I'll most likely go back and watch favorite moments/episodes. Now with this done, I''ll give Wentworth a try. I'm sure it is good, but there will never be anything like Prisoner again.
Omg i watched every episode and sad that it ended. It took me 8 months continuously, lots of late nights and days, popcorn, fanta and smiths crisps. Absolutely looooooved it. Even cried for ferguson. I felt like i was a part of it all. I will watch it again down the track. Thanks for the upload and for the great entertainment. Love you Captain Marvel lol!
I think I just pinpointed where the deception starts, on my 5th run through. The Freak asks Connors if she said anything to the police, and Connors replies that she was with her the whole time, to which the Freak replies "not when you were picked up". So I reckon she told all at the cop shop - makes sense. That meeting with the cops after the doctor left Anne's office, which we don't see, and then the cop telling Anne she's a gutsy lady - quite strange. Maybe that's when Anne & Meg get in on it.
Thank you fir uploading all these. It's my favourite show and grew up watching it on ITV then HTV Wales then twice on 5. Killed a couple of VHS recorders and many tapes watching it then. Loved it all the more like this. Like all the positive comments and the following the show still has. I am sure I will watch it all again too :-) So many good characters right from Bea ti Rita. A perfect ending and the Freak put away as Bea would have have wanted too. It's a classic. And even won a signed photo of Rita from a online comp many years ago. I am watching and liking the new Wentworth. But this will always be my favourite. Big thanks again fir uploading all these and putting all the time and effort in. Very much appreciated. The show makes you laugh and cry. Characters you love and sone you love to hate. It has everything. Going to miss watching episodes. Do guess o will have a period of morning then re watch it all again. :-)
I started watching Cell Block H when I was 7 or 8 years old! My niece and I use to play "Cell Block H" with her stuffed animals and baby cribs as the gate. Now as I have spent almost a year watching the series as an adult, I am truly hooked on this show! I will go back and re watch episodes I laughed at. Esp back in the 100's where Bea & Judy tell Vera about the snake! I laughed for days about that one. Rita, Bea, and Myra I love you! Thank you for uploading these and allowing me to reminisce and find out what happened to a show from my childhood! Meryl you have to be my favorite though! So innocent and lovable!!
4th time through. Love how Tina, Lorna, Jenny, Ros, Gina, Ronnie, Jacko and Di Hagen get their own little close up at the end as Joan is being led away. I believe this was a thank you from the producers for their long term service, particularly Lorna and Tina who had been there since episode 2. They had seen it all. I also believe the thank you was a suggestion from Elspeth Ballyntine.
1️⃣ - 1/7/17 - Thank You to the uploader. What an ending!!!!????? When Fergo was saying her name in the cell, she was very gollum like. And when she said she trusted Rita. That was quite touching, cause that's what she had never really done before. Trusted another human being. Fergo would have made a great top dog. Fergo being ushered into reception at Wentworth, well that was well worth the wait. Quite moving seeing Rita greeted by the Harley Davidson The 'happy ending' music returned when Lerch and her fella had their moment in the office. 😊 In my mid teens I saw the end of one episode of pcbh, my mum was watching it in the UK on TV. What struck me was the theme tune. I really like the theme tune and have always liked it. It's a brilliant theme tune. I really like the show, but I think it was the theme tune that got me hooked. Originally as a teenager I first watched the episodes from the Wentworth Fergo, Bea fire to the end. Then a few years ago I watched on UA-cam from Fergo onwards, not to the end. Then last year I watched Fergo's entrance to 554. Then I went to episode 1to when when Fergo enters, then 555 to the end. And here I am. The print teacher of old is the copper. I think I'm gonna go back to episode 1 after this and rewatch all the episodes again from number 1-692 for the first time all the way through. I do miss Lizzie, Bea and mostly Doreen. Doreen is my favourite pcbh character.
Thanks for putting these up PrisonerCellBlockH95, its nice to finally see how it ended, either they didn't show it here in England or i missed it, the show reminds me of being a kid and recording it on video to watch the next morning because it was on past my bedtime.
They did show it here in England, as I remember watching the last episode when I was a kid back in about 1992-ish, I'm re-watching them all again now I'm an adult and I get a lot more of the details and drama. So amazing! :D
If it wasn't for Rita burning down Blackmore Lurch wouldn't of met Harry and Spike would of never got an early release and that dirty bastard would of never got murdered!! Good on ya Rita :)
Spellbinding as always , the last episode truly amazing!!. Sincere & heartfelt thanks to you Liam ( PrisonerCellBlockH95) for the sterling efforts in uploading this amazing drama. You are always a star in my eyes my friend!! Luca xx ;-)
To PrisonerCellBlockH95 Thanks mate so much for uploading all 692 episodes of this fantastic drama - I have just spent the entire last year watching every single episode and has been great to re-live that fantastic show. This is the best soap drama ever, nothing else compares. I'll have another go at it in a few years time. Met Vera, Davo, Reyno, Meg and Po-face in real life and they were the most down to earth actresses you could ever meet and didn't mind spending a long time chatting with me!
"The van leaves in half an hour, Harry, you've got ten minutes. And for God's sake, hold the lady's hand." Pure, pure golden line and again for the delivery by the late Gerda Nicolson. Ann was always classy but these last episodes elevated her - along with others, including Kate Hood - to true classic status.
That line was pure greatness from the beautiful late gerda Nicholson. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, she truly was the most elegant, graceful ladies wasn’t she. And so of course was Erica Davidson. Loved them both equally. But Ann was more down to earth . RIP Gerda. So very sad you passed at a very young age. And very sad you never found out what a cult classic this show would go on to be
What a fabulous ending! Thanks so much for uploading, it was like see3ing old friends. For all the things people say about PCBH, it was outstanding & the acting was fabulous.God bless the Women of Wentworth x
It's taken me just over two years to watch the entire series and I've loved every single minute of it ! Huge thanks to PrisonerCellBlockH95 for uploading this iconic series !!!
WoW! I just finished watching this incredible TV show after seven months! It was worth every minute! A heart-felt thanks to PrisonerCellBlockH95 for uploading this iconic series !!!
From "She bumped into me" to "I'm the oldest biker in the World" watched each and every episode - it took 4 years as I watched a few episodes per week - plenty to laugh, cringe, and be bewildered by.Thanks for uploading it all.I would carry on but she bumped into me.
This is my 4th time watching this episode and I bloody cry every time, I’m glad Alice has met a man she loves, she became a great character after her nasty phase... it just occurred on me that when Renalds was with the police in her office and she asked the doc for some privacy, in the next scene the detectives were leaving and they said ‘your a gutsy lady’ I was wondering maybe she knew about Rita’s plan to get the freak and played along coz they obviously found out eventually. Maybe she knew earlier than I thought. But hands down my favourite character after Rita and Alice is Merle! she played that role so well...... see you next time I binge watch prisoner.... and ty to PCBH95 for uploading all these episodes for us. You rock!
No matter how much I hate coming to the end I take comfort in the fact that I can come back here when I’m ready and visit all me old mates. The best show on earth.
First of all a massive thanks to the uploader of this great series , i watched 95% of the episodes you uploaded really enjoyed watching over the last 6 months wow what a last episode , kinda knew what was going to happen but was really gripping right thru to the end where the freak gets it
Many thanks for giving us the opportunity to watch the fantastic Prisoner Cell Block H again. I was buying the DVD box sets but finding your uploads saved me a hell of a lot of money. You lil ripper!! OK so I am a huge Prisoner fan but personally the end to PCBH is one of my all time favourite endings to any TV programme, drama, film etc. Brilliant, just brilliant! Adam
Yesssssss!!!!!!
So let’s start all over
I have to agree. ❤
Thanks for uploading this series. And two thumbs up for Maggie Kirkpatrick. Her performance was outstanding
My father was friends with Maggie Kirkpatrick I met her once when I was only about 8 yrs old. She was the Best super bitch and a sad character really but I always had a love hate relationship with the freak like most of us did I think , she never ever won even when she thought she was in control ... Sighs.

So here ends the single biggest commitment I have ever made to any one UA-cam channel.
Ah yes. Frankie and Rita. First and last words spoken.
that was a nice comment . i hope you are doing well simon.
Same here. Have loved watching it. Will probably do it again 😂

@@simoneheinrich6732 Every time you watch from episode 1-692, it just gets better and better!
"She's dying. Why stop her from living?" Such a great line, sadly drowned out.
I'm gonna watch it ALL AGAIN from the start...who's with me ?
I am 😊
I am lol love it
+Les Ashton AbsoLUTEly!!
+Les Ashton I will go back to Rita's first episode
Sweet revenge, Rita played that just right...the Freak finally got hers....
I just wanted to thank the person or persons who uploaded this show on here.. I am sure it took a very long time. It was highly enjoyed. Thanks so much for doing this. Thank you so much.

I agree with you
Your welcome............... Oh wait! It wasn't me!! 😜
Thank you indeed. I enjoyed this so much.
So many unanswered questions did Rita recover from her cancer battle .
forget neighbours & home & away, THIS was the best programe to come out of australia. i wish they would repeat this on the drama channel or ITV 3.
The complete collection was uploaded
4 to 5 years ago now, it makes me wonder whether they'll stay on the site if the demand remains high enough, but I'd say that the number of views in the future will determine that.
Thanks again.
Mike Tucker agree xxx 🇬🇧
Was and is great, i hated the remake
Yes, I do recall the channel 5 showings. @Filmed Video`s
Kerry Small She does not appear in any of the reunions did she pass.
No I believe she is still alive but I heard that she and Val didn't get on so maybe that is why she doesn't go to reunions often
@@tracylakin70 yeah that's right her and val who played bea didn't get on at all
spectrumlocalb191 Although Elspeth has appeared at some reunions where Val has been there and there are photos online if any of you guys google for them. 😊😃
The scene where Lurch says “Right now it’s not mr Lucas it’s Slasher”.
Very touching 😢
Very touching . It was perfect
And as their dear friend Lorelei would say, "And they lived happily ever after."
*******************
Joan, on the other hand, would not have it easy in the west. But that, I'll save for another day. And believe me, EVERYTHING COMES FULL CIRCLE FOR THE FREAK!
*******************
I hope you enjoyed my "Rita" saga.
Nacho Mamma what a load of crap...Harry a convicted rapist was allowed to live in an apartment in a women's prison...
zagreus139 Just in case you didn't know, and it's obvious you didn't, Harry never actually raped anyone.
Whrther he raped anyone or not he was convicted of it and certainly threatened Spider once she found out
Nacho Mamma harry also says to Alice "you thought I was innocent and I'm not"
oh no the last episode tears and Rita got the last laugh..She took Ferguson out like a BOSS.... Thanks for uploading these they were awesome thank you again....
Yeah, that look in the pound it was 1 word *Gotcha*

No . By this stage the show had declined badly into a comedy show. It was a great episode but the fire / diaries storyline was by far the best with Joan and Bea.
@@andrews6341 There was always an element of humor from the beginning.
It finally hit me. When Anne told the doctor to leave and had the cops come in she had been told about the plan.
Shame we didn’t get to hear about the twist
Anne probably said that's awful her house plant has just died and then spent the rest of the day finding ways to save her job

I've seen it before so I knew the ending, however, I still cried when they said Rita had died.

They couldn't keep her there.
Or rounding it to 700 episodes. Showing the Freaks demise and death at the hands of former foes.
Ann “ she’s dying, why stop her from living, besides , it’s her birthday” . Ann really choked up .
One of Ann’s finest lines. Of very many
Gotta love the conveniently timed crack of thunder when Joan clocks the cop car! I also think Glenda Linscott is the best actress the show ever had. It was the role of a lifetime for her - and she gave it everything and more besides. Glenda, if you ever see this, you have nothing but my unrequited respect
I wish we could have seen the Freaks mug shot in 1 more episode!
Gutted Maxwell came out of it all smelling of roses, but at least the Freak finally got what she had coming. Loved the twist where Rita gave the freak her food. The whole prison, and the police was in on it!
They all conspired, which is why she gets off, gets a big settlement, and is reinstated as Governor, and Reno is fired.
I don’t think the whole prison. I think Ann found out from Rita when she visited her that morning in the cell. Then when Ann asked dr to leave Ann informed police

I've watched them all from Episode 1. It was magnificent. I started watching August of last year. It's March 6, 2024. Thank you so much for posting these.
This is not my first time through, but I still cried when everyone thought Rita was dead. Still my favourite show of all time.
Omg the music when she's arrested and brought into Wentworth is amazing! Gives me goosebumps!
I thought the same thing! It was very haunting. Especially when the staff and police were standing watching her as she was brought in and inducted.
That music is amazing. It really captures the satisfaction and "closure" of The Freak finally being caught.
I also used to watch it at 16. Staying up until 1 am. Who needed GCSEs when you had prisoner!
From Karen Travers and Lynn Warner being brought in to Joan Ferguson being brought in as a prisoner, I have seen all 692 episodes and I enjoyed it.
Thank you PrisonerCellBlockH95 for taking me back to the 80's watching PCBH with my mother. Never saw it to the end so this was really great.
The actress playing Mis Ferguson is brilliant, no wonder her career is still going strong. And it's wonderful news that the allegations against her (in real life) were dropped. Far too many cases of people trying to take stars down!!
AGREED SHE IS A BRILLIANT ACTRESS. LOVE HER.
Just a funny fact this last episode was mostly filmed on 5 september 1986 the day I was born..i just realised that :) quite funny that a show that I love had its very last day of filming on the same day that i was born :)

HeartVisions Love from Corpus Christi, Texas best known for Selena and Farrah Fawcett. America sure likes soap operas! Ha.
Giggle
This and sons and daughters are truly worth watching.

This has got to be 1 of the best shows I've ever seen, I have to admit it, yes I've skipped or fast forward some parts which they are very disturbing & hard to watch but the best part it's Full Episodes from every season, Great 80s Quality & it's on UA-cam which is FREE!
RIP SHEILA! ❤👍
My favourite Top Dog is Bea Smith!
Wentworth!

Cheers to whoever Prisoner Cell Block H95 is...Thank you for uploading the entire series:
Well, I have come to the final episode and might I say....For someone who started to watch this at 16yrs old till I found a job and started working...I never was able to carry on watching...Life happened...But at 57yrs old now, I loved the series and plan to start re watching from the beginning...From The earlier characters like, Bea, Lizzie, Doreen, Vera, Mrs.
Perfect.
This was & still is the BEST SHOW,I ever watched!! Thank You!
I think it’s shit ending
No. I reckon Mrs. Reynolds told them it was a set up.
@@karennicholls8532 Yes, Rita told Ms. Reynolds about the plan and Reynolds told the cops.
@@karennicholls8532 told who it was a set up
Thank you fir uploading all these. It's my favourite show and grew up watching it on ITV then HTV Wales then twice on 5. Killed a couple of VHS recorders and many tapes watching it then. Loved it all the more like this.
Like all the positive comments and the following the show still has. I am sure I will watch it all again too :-)
So many good characters right from Bea ti Rita.
:-)
Nice poetic nod to the theme music by the script writers, with Lurch receiving a prison grown rose
Still crying. At least I feel more mentally stable knowing I'm not the only Prisoner junkie on the planet. Bye for now.
I feel like an old friend has left me😧
SO glad I didn't know the ending. Fantastic! I can't believe how fast it went by, already circling back to the first.
Easter Saturday 🐣 2024 watching this episode having started it from number 1 in April 2023. Glad I found these on UA-cam 😊
Big thank you to who ever uploaded the series
I'm amazed it got passed copyright same with Neighbors
I love how Rita set Joan up the women finally got Joan back for all the bad stuff she done
Quite moving seeing Rita greeted by the Harley Davidson
The 'happy ending' music returned when Lerch and her fella had their moment in the office. 😊
In my mid teens I saw the end of one episode of pcbh, my mum was watching it in the UK on TV.
So amazing! :D
keukpa show ended in 84-85...you must have watched in syndication
I would have loved as a twist that Bea Smith came back to give Joan her tray with Rita, and that Bea’s death was faked.
Luca xx ;-)
LUCAX651 you look like Paddy Lawson
@@pokemontrainerelio3648I’ve seen Luca in person , and he doesn’t look like Paddy . He’s very handsome indeed 😍
Great ending to my most favourite show of all time,I've watched this three times now and gonna watch it again.Thank You PrisonerCellBlockH95
Such an emotional episode for me.
The Freak's performance at the end was absolutely chilling! Brilliant Maggie Kirkpatrick!!
A big huge Thankyou prisoner, best program ever,I'm one gonna watch it all over again..x
WoW! I just finished watching this incredible TV show after seven months! It was worth every minute! A heart-felt thanks to PrisonerCellBlockH95 for uploading this iconic series !!!

I finished it about 8 weeks ago! I totally agree with you!!!
The harley scene was so sweet. What a nice farewell gift for reet
I want to say a massive thank you for uploading all these on to youtube. So Thank you so much +PrisonerCellBlockH95 😃😘xxxx💋
Can’t believe I watched all 692 episodes!
Great ending of a great show
Thanks for the person who uploaded this for us to enjoy
First of all a massive thanks to the uploader of this great series , i watched 95% of the episodes you uploaded really enjoyed watching over the last 6 months

ADAMS!!!!
Pure class.
Adam

Radiant Silver Labs I keep watching over and over again! 😁😂🤣👍
