The thing i love about Gordon Ramsay is that even though he’s known for being rude, it’s clear that he has a passion for cooking, and wants to teach people how to cook.
Worst thing is he’s just known for that in the US, people in the UK usually don’t think of him in that way at all
He gets angry at people for not listening to him or serving raw and disgusting food
He has standards, heaven forbid.
Yeah like if you watch MasterChef he yells at the contestants and stuff but he’s the only one allowed to do it. If you have seen a few of the episodes where they’re cooking for people and somebody has come up to try and give them shit he always takes it on himself and tells the person to fuck off.
He’s also really protective of the consumer and their food as well though. He only want to give people the best food and he takes that very seriously.

I have that same problem with bacon. Asked my grocer once where I could find leftover bacon. He stared at me for a minute and broke up laughing. Said they were out of stock on that item.

13:00 Gordon I made some bread for the first time thanks to you. I followed the recipe to a T and my mom really liked it and it was aromatic. I have a OLD crappy oven so it took about twice as long to brown up but made it was fucking delicious... It was hard to do and I got dough everywhere but the end result was amazing. Thanks for inspiring me to be a better chef.

Normally when I get new cheese I don’t praise it for being firm, but to each their own I guess
There are hard cheeses and soft cheeses. Hard cheeses often have a much stronger flavor. My favorite is gruyere. Of soft cheeses I like goat cheese.
Do you use a fan-forced oven? If so I'd need to add another 20 or so degrees to the temp. Would you please clarify? Cheers
