I was struggling with this change but I’m starting to get used to it but I have to sometimes reach for the mouse to make things easier. When I get the console version, I usually don’t have a keyboard handy so that will be interesting.
@@MrMmitch32 I've been playing this game for about 7 years, on console and PC. I always use a controller. Removing the cursor is easily the worst change ever made. Having to scroll through the menus manually is utterly stupid. Losing the 3 hotkeys and replacing them with one "swap" button and a drop button makes absolutely no sense. Having to hold Y/triangle to bring up a new menu where you have to press another button to craft, scrap, track, etc. is also incredibly stupid. There are so many people pissed off about this change.
@@kraevgames I wish they had given an option to change from the old way to this new way via the controller options. I frantically looked for a toggle to change the functionality back while doing the training quests.
@@harleygama7476 I've always kept my weapons in the quickslots, so I can switch to whichever one I need as soon as I need it. Now, I'm constantly hitting the d-pad to get to my weapons and it's just not happening. Without using the numbers on the keyboard, the swap button is just moving one over from where I was, making it an entirely useless function. Who the hell thought this would be better?
Excited to hear the new lines! Glad there are some POC working at TFP. Here's hoping they fix those terrible sexist Trader Jen lines (like her telling the player that with their help she might avoid getting slapped by Joel).
When I watched this video a few weeks ago I liked his voice as Bob. Now when I'm in game I get Bob's quests done as fast as possible so I don't have to listen to him anymore. Compared to the old voice, his is too high and cheerful. And the lines he says are sooooo stupid. I'm sorry TFP but I admire the voice actor, but the voice doesn't fit at all. If you'd gone with Ray's actual voice, it would have been much better.
Discount news is needed for Legacy members. I should not have to rebuy this game, I've slogged thru the OG console version and its been a decade. De list your legacy version. it's basically a scam.
Not really if have seen the work that the fun pimps have done since the old version U will understand why they have done this the work they have put in over the past few years is immense as some one who has bought the console version years ago and I'm prepared to pay more for it as the work I see they have done lives upto it. I've followed this on pc and have played the updates the amount the game has changed over the past ten years and they still have more content to add over the next year i am not angry aslong as the discount is fair plus the legal issues they had with the tell tale version but im not getting into that the discount is 25% or atleast that's what they hope to give U(fun pimps) but it's up to ps and Xbox to allow them
im from Kentucky that is absolutely the dumbest dialogue script ive ever heard. Who ever wrote it please stop. As for the actor you did as good with it as you could no offense to you.

While you're at it, throw away your consoles as well because it's their store rules that are forcing you to pay for the game not the fun pimps. Do a little research and you will see why you have to pay for the game even though you bought it on early access.
