This older video gives the impression that the phospholipids in the layer… Are Just two molecules thick are free to move around within the layer are not firmly attached in place act like items in an ocean of phospholipids, proteins, and carbohydrates can someone help with this question
I know this video is very old, but the 3D animations on this channel come from a show called Cycles of Life: Exploring Biology, just in case anyone was wondering what the source was.
He there, I like this video on the lipid bilayer. Is it copyright material? I was wondering if you could grant me permission to use it for part of my uni assignment?. Thanks in advance
Great Video but i feel you should go into more detail about the phosopholipid bilayer and use the more technical vocab. like hydrophillic and hydrophobic. Also i was unsure of how the intrinsic proteins ( pores) enabled only selected diffusion. Just add a little detail about the glycoprotein and you would have a GCSE standard video. well done!
actually you did the great job but i think that you should give the more details of fluid mosaic model. And also you shoul have plresented the stucture of protein as some what regular, its not completely that much irregular that you have shown, anyway prepare next time with knowlege, what you are gonna make and it fulfill the topic requirement or not. best of lucks
You know it's good when your bio teacher has you watch a video a mere year younger than you are.

beautifully done video. The basic structure and function of cell membrane well explained.
This was the most helpful video on fluid mosaic 🙏 just a simple break down!
شعوري وانا اشوف الفيديو وهو اكبر مني بسنه🥲💔💔

how would i make a fluid mosaic model of this???
thanks bro

Cool
i like it
muy bueno, pero debería ser aún más fluida. Los fosfolípidos no se muestran realizando movimientos de rotación o difusión lateral
This video actually came from the video provided for by the book in biology authored by cecie starr. I hope proper acknowledgement is but proper.

What is the fluid mosaic model? What does “fluid” refer to? What does “mosaic” refer to?
Some random guy on the Internet fluid means the phospholipids move within the membrane so the membrane moves and mosaic means repeated pattern
Watching in 2022 from bd
here from school
Can u just please explain each and every part of fluid mosaic model clearly
