This is probably such a simple question, but how do I get back to the original watch face ("dial") after trying out other designs through the Wearfit Pro app? I can't figure out how to go back and/or select the original watch face. (I also can't seem to find most of the animated / interactive watch faces that I see in this video, like the skyscraper & fireworks one, the horse, etc.) Finally, does anyone else have this problem, where the Heart Rate monitor says, "Please keep it close to the wrist skin," but it will still proceed to "measure" your Heart Rate even if the watch is sitting on table? Doesn't help me believe there's really a proximity sensor... 😬
I did manage to stumble into the control panel where you can change the dial / watch face: Press and hold the watch face with your finger until the "Change the Dial" interface opens up. So that problem is now solved. Still wondering if anyone else has the problem with the Heart Rate monitor taking measurements even when the watch is clearly just sitting on the table or floating in the air. It's concerning to me that it's claiming my tabletop has a heart rate of 63 bpm! 🤔 The Blood Pressure app does not even remind you to keep the watch on your wrist, and it is coming up with "believable" values for mmHg even though the watch is just hanging in the air...

I have problem with sports tracking on my HK9 PRO Gen 2. If I start sport from watch it does not sync with phone. and no gps data is saved. If I start sport from wearfit pro app there is no heart rate recorded on smart watch. Basic stuff not working. Can anyone confirm this problem? I'm basically disappointed with this device. Coming from cheap mi band devices I was expecting at least same experience. Vibration is useless. Cant feel it on my hand when set to strong vibration. Only good thing about this smartwatch is it's looks. Amoled display is gorgeous, and overall build quality is good. I must say crown push button died after 2 days. Overall crappy device you want to avoid.

Con ciertas Watchfaces el reloj se comienza a reiniciar solo. Y los tiempos de carga para poder utilizar alguna función del reloj se relantiza. Por eso es que el reloj se vuelve muy frustrante. Y puedes llegar a pensar que en algún momento con alguna actualización lo podrían arreglar, pero no, ya tiene más de 1 año en el cual se le ha hecho saber por sus mismos usuarios de que Warfit funciona muy mal.

1) Its minimum time is 12Hours. Your only option is to turn it off from settings
And same with the raise wrist option

Since I have the watch since 11 of june, in a normal usage more than 15 hrs connected to Bluetooth and the app It can stay for 5 days.
Without bluetooth calling, it can give you 4-5 days
