I like your new room the size and the color scheme you used. Only thing I would add is get some heavy drapes for that window to get dark if I want, plus wil drape you can adjust how open or closed the drapes are to control the reflections off the glass. Congrats well done.

I have had several pairs of JBL LSR's they are my favorite affordable monitors. Tried krk's and thought they sounded muddy and trash. Took them back and got another pair of LSR's

The NT1A can be moded to sound just like the u87. I run mine thru the UA 610 and most people ask how much did I pay for the mic? $400 total with the mod.

Here's a tip when mounting rack gear (and you probably already know this). If you are going to only use two screws to mount your equipment, use the two bottom holes.

Nice B Room Bro !!! 💯 If I Could Point Something Out The 18i20 from focusrite is a great interface the only problem is you can not bypass the preamps on the LINE Inputs, when you connect your external preamp ( BLA 18 ) it does not pass through a variable gain circuit. These inputs instead pass through a fixed-gain line amplifier circuit if I was you I would sell that 18i20 and go for the MBOX Studio which is on sale for $600 and also you will get a better signal coming directly out of the 18i20 to your monitors the 18i20 once you add an iPad to control the focusrite control it’s actually a pretty good monitor controller also being able to add and switch between an ALT set of monitors the 18i20 is a pretty capable audio interface without adding external mic pre and monitor controller I had it for about a year or go with a AUDIENT ID24 or ID44 or MBOX Studio
