I play mandolin for 15 years in an orchestra and guitar for 5 years but never played with chords only notes and it's fun to play with some chords and variations on mandolin. Thanks for your tutorial. It really helped me.

It popped into my head again yesterday, I looked it up on UA-cam,pulled out and tuned up my Mando( I am a Guitar palyer mostly)...and within 5 minutes I am playing and singing the song. Cool, i pretty much worked it out from scratch, but saw a couple of bits here, i learned it 3 days ago, first song on a uke, i worked out about 30 tunes now already, i cant put it down.. Anyway thanks...and upload some more stuff dude!! Peaceout from the U.K.
I did notice in the beginning, the picking is slightly off. when you go up the strings 4321 near the end of the first 2 bars, it sounds like he plays 3231 instead.
