Sphere mode or dark ruler? We have so many board breaking monsters in extra deck, I think dark ruler may be better? Not every time board will end on 3 monsters.
@@xenoyyyyy for sure but I’m playing 18 handtraps, it’s probably unlikely they’ll be able to bring out desirae since I’ll have other non-engine in hand. I also feel generically it’s better than sphere mode because it’s good in every matchup. For sphere you have to hope they have 3 monsters.
right now theres next to no deck that lets you first on purpose, if its tenpai and i have wratisoth, i end on shangri, if i dont have wraitsoth i usually do gradielle. hardmaking UDF is also really broken vs tenpai but it loses to droplet/imperm
@@isaacmarin9353 of course. you look at their top 5 cards and banish one, if you dislike the card they will draw, you banish the first one, the rest will be put on top of the deck. that's manipulating the draw aka choosing what they draw.

@@xenoyyyyy say I don’t play into niburu what is your first turn board ideally going to be? You will get hit with at least 1 hand trap in the process too. The only negate is fenrir and maybe a hand trap but the deck doesn’t play many. You should do a livestream tcg so we can watch

What is your strategy to win vs. Tenpai?
