Can these be used to make larger storm windows for double hung windows (e.g. 33" x 66") without a cross bar in the middle (as is needed when making screens)?
1/4" it seems to be more of what i can find as a h-channel. CRL is basically the only way to go with 1/4". Prime line doesn't make anything close to that size
My family manufactured and repaired storm windows for 45 years and never wore gloves. Do you wear gloves when cooking diner every day? You get burnt then your more careful for the next meal.
Oh, the catalog says the window channel can be used with either 1/16" or 1/8" plexiglass. That would be helpful to state in the video

What thickness plexiglass is used for this? .180 isn't specific enough! Is that mm, or inches, or ??? Please specify in inches, thanks.

I would double it up so its a double pane with some air space between.
