Jason’s starting a project with Judd Van Sickle, of the UC Davis Sports Performance Program, to train his body to peak for a mountain hunt. When is part 2! This excellent. Only 29 weeks 206 Days / 8 months away from 2018 Elk Season. I'm at a low elevation so will be giving the altitude mask a try this year.

Good stuff! Being a cyclist who's got a performance testing date with Judd tomorrow morning, my running across this video along with the brief explanation of his testing methodology, reasoning and how it relates to different sporting pursuit couldn't not have been any timelier. I'm psyched!
BTW, Never heard of you (Jason) or Chad, either. Did a little 'Googling' of both... impressive. That, coming from a native Sacramentan. If and/or when I do get back into hunting adventures, I know where to look; Chad's got an instant-fan, too!
