I recalled watching a collective-energy-type-of-reading/channeling where the reader described that most within the collective actually does it more actively during their sleep and I thought when I heard that, I must have been doing it that way this whole time 🤔 I mean, I'm not doing any practices being recommended over the internet, but I feel like over the course of time, I must have been purging and being gradually cleared of the heavy energies I had been carrying in silence, ever since I became aware of it more than 3 years ago.
