Horse Pucky at 9:25 It's Stephen Wheeler Downey who teamed up with N. E. Corthell as lawyers in Laramie, Wyo & created Wyoming Queen Mine in Centennial & others. He never ran away. He was a member of the US House of Representatives 1879 - 1881. I live in Laramie.
