I'm an Iowan so let's get that out of the way. I tried to watch some WNBA games last year but didn't. Whenever Megan Gustafson or Ashley Joens teams would show up I might look at a few minutes. Now that CC's in the pros I religiously watch the WNBA highlights now whether it's the Fever or not. Well, maybe not the Sky...
The truth is… I had zero interest in the WNBA prior to CC arrival…. Now I know the names of multiple players..and I know the meaning of certain terms that I had no idea before Like triple double.. lol. It’s actually kinda fun to watch
*They are women! Because God created them to complement man, that is why they have a different mentality when their starting point is against men. So they see in CC a real woman who can easily complement the man and at the same time has the competitiveness and similar skills of the man. Women perceive this as a threat of rebellion and war.*
She has the potential to be, she's got a ways to go. She needs to shore up her defense. Also, they are playing her like she is Larry, but Larry fought back. Hopefully her and Reese can bring the women's game up like Larry and Magic did for the men's game.
CC knows the game so well and always aware of where her teammates are on the floor that they make her better as she makes them better. Best of all is she's not selfish and let's everyone score. If they stick together as a great team does they All should be wearing Rings at the end of the season.

You cannot be as bad as she is on defense *and* be the best "all-around' player. That just defies common sense, unless we are totally redefining what "all-around" means.
