The Protestant denominations have more to offer you than the RCC...we do not confess our sins t men but God only and the Sabbath day is not Sunday...and Mary is not to be prayed too or any other supposed saint
@@DavidKing-qd3sp When hearing our confession, the priest is a stand-in for God. Jesus Christ grants the apostles the power to forgive sins by breathing on them in John 20:22-23. The priests in the apostolic churches (Catholic and Orthodox) also have this authority. Confession, or the sacrament of reconciliation, as it is formally called, allows us to receive the body, blood, soul and divinity of Jesus in the proper state, as the apostle Paul writes in 1 Corinthians 11:27-29. The Sabbath is done away with and Sunday became the holy day of obligation because Christ rose from the dead on Sunday, making it the Lord's day. See 2 Colossians 16. As for prayer to Mary and the saints, it is no different than asking a friend to pray for you. The saints are our friends, and since they are in Heaven, they are more alive than you or I. "The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective"
@@sajansuganth8967 ..........I appreciate your sincerity but you are completely wrong - I was raised a RC and became Protestant at age 22 . So, let me address your points . 1. God does not need a priest to be a stand in - as we live by faith not sight. The bible teaches us to confess to our Advocate Jesus Christ..1st Jon 1.9 and 2.1..Priests have no authority to forgive sins or help in the process - "You have been lied too." Read Mark 2.7 and John 10.33 only God can forgive sins...2. There are no humans in heaven except for the special resurrection of Mt.27.52 and Enoch and Elijah and Moses who was resurrected after his death see Jude 9., and Mary was not one of them because she was still alive at that time --- 3. I can give you RC teachings that say the RCC church changed the Sabbath to Sunday But there is no scriptural support for the change - so you know tradition and not your bible .read ...Catholicism and Fundamentalism page 38 it says it there clearly - which is a book by Karl Keathing from the Ignaitius press....don't waiste your life living a celibate / impoverish life....Rome is built on paganism according to Protestant literature.....and I will close with your words - the words of a righteous man availeth much but he also must be intelligent and free from tradition read mt. 15. 8-9....you are in the world's biggest and most sophisticated cult...so study as Luther did and leave...
@@DavidKing-qd3sp God doesn’t need a priest to forgive sins. That’s just the way he chose to set it up because He understands our nature and our need for accountability. In fact, the Catechism teaches us that where confession is unavailable, we should confess our sins to God. God is not bound by his own sacraments. Furthermore, all who die in Christ are alive in Heaven. “I am the resurrection; he who believes in me will live even if he dies and everyone who lives and believes in me will never die. Do you believe this?” John 11:25-26. Furthermore, Colossians 2:16 is clear on the Sabbath being a shadow. Karl Keating says in his book: “It was the Catholic Church that decided Sunday should be the day of worship for Christians, in honour of the Resurrection” The reason for making Sunday the day of worship is clearly given-in honour of the Resurrection. Furthermore, our Lord Jesus Christ lived a life of celibacy and poverty; those who take vows of celibacy and poverty are living a life closer to that of Christ, which is admirable and praiseworthy. As for Martin Luther, I hold him in very low regard; a man who broke his vows before God and fractured the unity of Christendom in the West, resulting in hundreds upon hundreds of schisms and heresies. May God have mercy on his soul. I pray for your return to the one Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church, founded by Jesus Christ Himself and not by men, and I urge you to continue your study.

Fr Brian Jackson is hardly the only priest that went through sins of the world before waking up to the truth of the Catholic Church. He would be very understanding of those who come to him for the sacrament of reconciliation.
Wow, I did the same thing with my daughter as far as "Santa Clause." She knew from the start that Santa isn't real and that Christmas is all about the birth of Jesus.
Hello Fathers, got interested in the life story of Fr. Brian. My family is Catholic, we prayed the rosary every night as a family and all my siblings and I were brought up Catholic. However, when I came to the USA, I found out that my 2 sisters and a brother converted to the Born Again Christians. My brother next to me and I are still Catholic, up until now and said da? in our aghast. But funny, my mom always lectured, getting married to the best guy doesn't happen by happenstance, you have to pray for it! To make my story short, I married in my late 30's and to a USNAVY who was Presbyterian. But you know what, he's the best the Lord gave me, no vice, never lifted a finger on me. We had a Catholic wedding, he went to the choir loft with me as I belonged to the choir, he went to pilgrimages with me and received his last rites before he passed. Everyday I don't forget to thank God for giving him to me as my lifetime partner. God bless you both and more power to your vlog!
How is it that after this wonderful conversion story, you didn't include how he came to his priestly vocation?! How disappointing! You stopped at his time in University, and didn't explain anything after that. Hope to hear the rest of the story.
Is there an emphasis on heart conversion in the Catholic Church? I have seen in non Catholic Churches where a person can go through all the motions but no real conversion. We used to say you go into baptism a dry sinner and come up a wet sinner.
Father I love you and your videos and this wonderful new priest is a gift to the church so inspiring story but father I just have something that you said during COVID restrictions about receiving our Lord in the hand and it was okay no father it is not right it is a sacrilege during COVID I was at mass and witnessed a man receiving our Lord in the hand and saw with my own eyes the host fly out of his hand and I must mention the priest that said mass that day was a priest I had a discussion with about receiving on the tongue he was not very loving or nice to me I prayed for him nevertheless God bless.
@@marcihf217 sin = transgression of God's law - 1 John 3:4 Exodus 20:8-11 is part of God's law. catholicism not only breaks It (the Holy Sabbath) weekly, it encourages all to trample upon the Holy day and pretend another day (sun worship day) is now Holy - though Scripture is not at all supportive of this. catholicism *DOES TEACH* that it's ok to live in sin.

@PheonixAZ *Doctrines come from "what Scriptures say". Not from your fallible opinions. So where in the Bible says Mary was sinless or free from Original Sin?* you said So a perfect, infinite, sinless God who absolutely, viscerally hates sin would have been born of a sinful woman? Why do you put a limit on what God can and cannot do? Where's your sense of wonder? If Jesus was able to raise Lazarus as his body was starting to decompose, couldn't he spare the mother of Christ from the stain of original sin at her conception (immaculate conception)? Because Christ did not specify the details of his mother's conception, it de facto means the dogma of the immaculate conception is based on a falsehood?
How does anyone die and go 'straight to hell?' The Earth is the devils domain and the airwaves are his principalities. The devil walks to and fro across The Earth. Hell is not made yet. If the devil was in hell already, there would be no suffering upon The Earth.
Hell exists as we speak. Satan and demons may not be bound in hell yet, at least not all of them. Even if all demons were bound in hell, there'd still be suffering on Earth as we are stained by original sin and have freewill.

Hello from Jacksonville Beach! And my Father was Irish. I love your conversion. Very powerful. Thank you both for this. I felt peace in rehab. I’m still on my journey. I hadn’t gone back to Mass at that point. I promised my Dad on his deathbed I’d go back. I like to think I’m unwavering and I want everyone to know Jesus the way I’ve been learning to know Him.
Praying for your perseverance Rita. I know that God is proud of you.
Congratulations FATHER'S God is always in your spirit ,heart, body, soul & footprint in the sand ❤ amazing grace ❤✌..THANKFULL.
Oh Father, bless your heart for keeping your joy in your heart ,trying to evangelize on those buses……great story….beautiful finish….
UA-cam just recommended I watch this.. What a glorious calling to the priesthood. Although I started it at midnight, I watched the whole interview because Father Bryan's story was so compelling- love Peter Kreft's books. But the best came at the end when I learned that he was the artistic director of one of my favorite documentaries. Father Bryan, the fire of the Holy Spirit lives deep within you, keep radically spreading the good news! God Bless you.
r u RC
Me too, started at 2am, its now 3:11...absolutely astounding life...God thank you for your children in this video, & thank you for your "yes" & your prayers dear Fathers🙏😇❤
Welcome to Catholicism 🇻🇦🙏✝️
So down to earth so real, your emotion and love reaches those who listen to you, preaching on the busses indeed! And wonderful about falling to your knees to receive the Eucharist on the tongue. The world seems so dismal but the Holy Ghost is moving to produce more and more heroes to spread the Word, joy, hope You are among them, Father. Blessings.
God 🔥✝️🔥bless🌺 Fr. Brian Jackson, Amen 🙏❤🔥✝️🔥❤🙏
Isn’t our God great? Love your journey Fr. Jackson.

I’d like to see father Brian Jackson and father Donald Calloway on father’s Luke show. It would be so interesting to listen to. Father Luke! Please get them on your show
Amazing conversion story. Seek out father Donald Calloway conversion story too. Another amazing story
God bless you dear Priest. Glad you became one. Can you please pray for me and my mum to breathe. We have bad respiratory problems. IT makes life hell to do anything around the house or just to walk. Please pray for our healing In Jesus' Name.
We are not baptized into a denomination, Presbyterian, Methodist, etc., we are baptized into the Church Universal. " I believe in one baptism for the forgiveness of sins." What we do after that determines our denomination.

He looks so much like Fr. Don Calloway when he was younger too!
See you in adoration
Presbyterian is not the equivalent of Anglican. And there’s Presbyterians in Ireland and England and Scotland.
Hawthorne, yes. Presbyterians were Scotland Calvinists. Anglicans are English and retained liturgical rites but rebelled with Henry VII.
Episcopalian is the American equivalent of Anglican.
Please try to improve your sound capacity Father.
How is it that after this wonderful conversion story, you didn't include how he came to his priestly vocation?! How disappointing! You stopped at his time in University, and didn't explain anything after that. Hope to hear the rest of the story.
Fr.please be near to the Mike.on line the sound doesn't come loud enough.sound incharge please make the volume high, thanks

Are you a diocesan priest Fr.?
Is there an emphasis on heart conversion in the Catholic Church? I have seen in non Catholic Churches where a person can go through all the motions but no real conversion. We used to say you go into baptism a dry sinner and come up a
wet sinner.
Jesus was born in the spring :)
We commit more sins with our mouth than we do with our hands!
@@ruthwalter1539 did you know that roman catholicism teaches that it's ok to live in sin?
yep - the Bible proves it clearly.
@@tony1685 ???? The Catholic Church does NOT teach you can live in sin.
@@marcihf217 sin = transgression of God's law - 1 John 3:4
Exodus 20:8-11 is part of God's law.
catholicism not only breaks It (the Holy Sabbath) weekly, it encourages all to trample upon the Holy day and pretend another day (sun worship day) is now Holy - though Scripture is not at all supportive of this.
catholicism *DOES TEACH* that it's ok to live in sin.
It is acceptable to receive on the hand per the Magisterium. One is not better than another.
Like like like
It would have been more enjoyable if the he was able to tell his story without too many interruptions
Satan was the first protestant
😅True.
Does Fr. Brian know Fr. Donald? 😆
There are different levels in heaven?
Is that drivers who doesn't want to hear you preaching about Jesus Christ are they vampires and werewolves ?Fr.?lol!😅😂
Why you sound like a son of our priest and America like Father Donald calloway I don't know if you heard of him but he's a very he's a very holy priest to be in trouble all the time as a kid and he was a surfer too he loves surfing anyway I hope you are going to be one of our great Catholic priest. But before you go with get happy about about Scott Hahn I have some reservations against that guy he's supposed to be a really good Catholic but he's trying to push people like a bishop name a bishop what's his name he's in my state I'm in California the worst that you could be in all we have is modernist here and these were the people that were involved in taking out the crucifixes in a church yeah this bishop I happen to know that he I don't think he is a very good Bishop he seem to be a pro homosexual and we don't like that here and when we look at a real Catholic we can't even go to a real Catholic Church although we have one close and I think that God wants us to do the best that we can you know anyway I don't know why we got stuck with a lot of these guys and Bishop Barron is not was not a good priest and right away Scott Han says I've known him for years he's known him for years she should know he is leaning heavily to the left and he doesn't what we call the left and he doesn't seem to regret it I'm sorry but this is just my opinion I wish people would look into these things more because we're suffering greatly because of the people in California that are quote nut cakes quote Catholic spare Catholics that their Catholics here that think they're God they're a Catholics like Nancy pelosi they never got in they would never voted in they were just cheated they use software from President Obama who who never even was an American I'm telling you this is a long story so I can't say it all but I want to see a priest that but seems like a holy holy priest to me don't call him the wrong road I will pray for you God bless you
@PheonixAZ *Doctrines come from "what Scriptures say". Not from your fallible opinions. So where in the Bible says Mary was sinless or free from Original Sin?*
you said
So a perfect, infinite, sinless God who absolutely, viscerally hates sin would have been born of a sinful woman? Why do you put a limit on what God can and cannot do? Where's your sense of wonder? If Jesus was able to raise Lazarus as his body was starting to decompose, couldn't he spare the mother of Christ from the stain of original sin at her conception (immaculate conception)? Because Christ did not specify the details of his mother's conception, it de facto means the dogma of the immaculate conception is based on a falsehood?
How does anyone die and go 'straight to hell?'
The Earth is the devils domain and the airwaves are his principalities.
@@phoenixaz8431, Mankind is never alone in The Earth without demons.
