Excerpt from a PBS NewsHour interview with Sandra Garza, partner of January 6th victim Brian Sicknick. Judy Woodruff asked Sandra, "To what extent do you hold [Trump] responsible?" She responded, "I hold Donald Trump 100 percent responsible for what happened on January 6th."
Brian Sicknick, a United States Capitol Police (USCP) officer, died on January 7, 2021, the day after he responded to the attack on the Capitol. He was pepper-sprayed during the riot, and had two thromboembolic strokes the next day, after which he was placed on life support, and soon died.

Under the law yes. Life liberty and pursuit of happiness, yes!
But as for nature. Needs, wants, interests etc mo way.
