The -15 degree gun elevation on the Dicker Max makes it a very good sniper on hilly maps. It's also got a 26 shell loadout, which is better than the Sturer Emil, at only -10 degrees gun elevation and 15 shell loadout. Dicker Max is also about 10 kph faster than the Sturer Emil. Only thing with the shell, is that it's much slower, so it has a higher trajectory. Which can be good to lob over obstacles and hit thinner armor on turret tops.
And then there is the Sturer Emil which has a much bigger gun on there and is even more slower and unmovable...but ofc it's gun kicks up a notch, i think it was 128mm/12,8cm
Yeah its some form of Murphy's Law if you ask me lol. As soon as you back out, they are everywhere. You push forward after downing someone then no one is to be found. Weird how that works. 🤣
Whilst that might be the case yes with the PZ4, if you look at the front of the Dicker Max, its actually sloped skew. Which looks weird. Its one of those once you see it, it can not be unseen things. :P
I left the depression fact out of this video on purpose. There is another video on the board that will dive in gun depression. (and its top contenders) :D
Well the name implies the playstyle. Pz. Slf. stands for Panzerselbstfahrlafette, which translates to "gun motor carriage", or more literally "self-driving gun carriage". It's mobile support fire. Nazi Germany loved taking guns and THEN designing almost working tanks that carry them. So this was pretty much a 'take this gun and make it mobile', not a 'real tank destroyer'.
If you could do a tutorial on the m51, I think a lot of us players trying to get into the Israeli tech tree would greatly appreciate it, anyway you earned yourself another sub
I am happy you noticed this. Yes its the wrong map. We are working on getting a proper version that represents better. This map is only being used as a stopgap for now. :)

Gun depression is great for peeking over hills, embankments and you don't expose much of the tank, and can bounce rounds.
Funny though I forgot to mention its gun depression lol. Ill keep it into consideration the next time I feature another vehicle that has it. :)
