What's 1 thing you would not like seeing when looking for a new home?

In the kitchen, I don't like to see dishtowels hanging from the knobs. It looks messy.

Completely agree! What's even worse is when they're old worn out towels.

I’m helping clean out a house that a hoarder lived in. It’s exhausting just going in there. Worst part is I go home and start throwing my own stuff away! 🤣😳

Oh, I can only imagine how draining that must be! haha I bet being around all of the clutter makes you want to clean your own house!
I've been in quite a few hoarder houses and it is not fun! The worst part are the hazards that come with it sometimes - mold/mildew, rodents/insects, health risks. So satisfying at the end though when it's all cleared out!

Grimy walls, floors, baseboards, cat odor.

Agree! it's amazing what fresh paint and even new baseboards will do to a home. One of the highest returns on investments you can make when selling. Once those are noticed, people fixate on them and begin to notice every other flaw and it becomes harder and harder for them to overlook and picture the full potential of the home.
