2 tbs all spice
1 small onion
1/4 cup brown sugar
5 sprigs fresh thyme
2 habaneros
3 cut slices of fresh ginger
3/4 garlic cloves
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
And then a few tbs of the jerk seasoning
Dried all-purpose jerk seasoning
1 tbs curry powder
1 tbs garlic power
1 tbs onion powder
3 tsp all spice
2 tsp Garam Masala
1 tbs paprika
3 tsp parsley
1 tbs cajun seasoning
1 tsp dried ginger
Jamaican Green Seasoning
1 small onion
3 bunches of green onion
7 sprigs of fresh thyme
4/5 garlic cloves
3 slices of fresh ginger
