Hi Gaurav. I have a confusion on what your brother explained in last part. Company B has to pay Company A if switch job. Is it the visa fee? Or salary of that employee? Please reply.
Nice detailed video. I just came to uk 20 days back. ALHUMDULILLAH got a full time permanent job but nit of my field. But soon or later i will be targeting my field on any white collar job that leads to sponsorship.

Hi! I have been sponsored by a company for tier 2 visa. I have a 3 page consent letter. For the part 1 I as an applicant need to sign but I am confused for the third form which says the third party sponsor. Is the company which has sponsored me suppose to sign this form? What if the company that sponsored your visa fires you in a year? You lose your sponsorship right away or do we get any time-period to find another job? What options do we get?
After you have lost your job, you will have 60 days leave in the UK or until the end of your visa, whichever is shorter. It is firstly the responsibilities of your employer to inform the Home Office of your change in employment status, redundancy etc. They must write to the Home Office within 10 days before your final working day.
You will then receive communication from the Home Office explaining the shortened leave conditions mentioned earlier. This will usually be by post. From the receipt of this letter, your 60 days leave begins.

I like your your all all videos .now i am coming to conclusions that there is not a single job available for commerce students .my son did MBA in finance from University of Mumbai and MBA in accounts from USA .he was pursuing CPA USA but got stuck up in India due to pandemic ,so getting through the exam is still in a way .at he is doing job in India but not at all compatible to his education .he is totally frustrated and going through suicidal thoughts .is there no solution for him ?? I am hopeful from your advices and informations .but not finding axact way for him to get him satisfaction .i am always worried about him and started falling I'll frequently .can you please guide as to what final solution on this situation ??
